I'm not sure what sense would make for Vegeta to become a God before the movie... Vegeta knows very well the features of this artificial Saiyan Godhood... It gives a huge power like never before, but also has time-limit... In BOG Vegeta ordered Goku to help him next time to become a God. What sense would make if Vegeta became a God when there is no need? After the BOG they were at peace, so no danger... I would better think Whis found a way to grant Vegeta a permanent God Ki, or simply accepted him to be pupil of him as is. I don't think Toriyama would make two people the same special, so Vegeta won't be able to make the God Ki his own after a ritual.(In my opinion).

How is there no need? By making Vegeta a God, he can be a sparring partner of Goku, follow the same training that Goku will be able to take from Whis, the most powerful being of the 7th Universe, and he can have far more amazing results by training like that. There is a reason for Goku & Vegeta receiving training from Whis, so the same reason would force Vegeta to become a SSGod.

And how would Whis giving him godly ki would make Vegeta stronger? Simply becoming a god doesn't make you stronger.

And as for Toriyama making two people the same special... just look at every single Super Saiyan form and their users.

After they finally get to EoZ I'd like them to focus more on side characters like Bardock in the past or Future Trunks in his alternate timeline and give them new adventures to be involved in; actually getting them to meet up would be a gigantic plus!

That and I want to see the characters of the BOG and GT timelines meet up at some point.

I was showing Bardock in his minus costume. I got the image from a YouTube video (on Google image) so I knew it wasn't drawn by Toriyama. I also have the ENTIRE Minus chapter on my PC. So...no mistake. I was just posting Minus Bardock. Should I screenshot my history?
