When is the first chapter of Toyotaro's manga getting released?

I'm assuming it'll be something like Mr. Kishimoto did with Road to Ninja.

VJump comes out on a Saturday this coming week, but leaks will likely happen before that. It all depends on who gets early copies first and what franchises they care about. This is why a lot of early VJump leaks are almost always Yugioh stuff.

It was basically a small prequel that explains Tobi's plan, what he was doing, why, etc for a few pages, where nothing else major was going on. Just Naruto and friends messing about.

Kami to Kami had two preview screenings that showed the entire film. The Last: Naruto The Movie had one screening that showed thirty minutes and another a few days later that showed the entire film. I'm leaning towards the entirety of Fukkatsu no F being shown, if only because the same happened for the 2013 film.

Kind of a random thought: I don't remember Avo and Kado ever being finished off in Yo, Son Goku and his Friends Return (which seems strange, considering they had apparently spent considerable time tormenting Tarble and Gure, and were intent on continuing Freeza's orders even years later). What do you think the likelihood is of those two returning with Sorbet, Tagoma and the rest of Freeza's army in the movie? Presumably, they'll simply be fodder for Son Gohan, Piccolo and co. but it might be a fun cameo, no?

There could be a lot of fun cameos: all sorts of possibilities in the afterlife, Abo and Kado somewhere among Freeza's men (if they didn't truly reform), a shot of Jaco singing An Azuki's song and then freaking out at seeing Freeza's ship on the way to Earth, etc.

Do I think anything like these will really happen? Eh, I dunno. They didn't even include a Tarble splash in Battle of Gods or anything, so probably not. I do really enjoy little calls back to previous events though, so I wouldn't mind at all as long as material doesn't feel forced.

True. I don't know if it was outright said they reformed, but what would have they done after they (I assume) left Earth? They used to run with the Ginyu Force and they've basically been hired guns for a few decades now. The simple answer is find a new day job. Still, guys of their level don't exactly grow on trees and they wouldn't get much of a choice in the matter if Freeza called on them (not that I think they would object anyway). Revenge is a lot easier when you're standing behind possibly the biggest, baddest dude in the galaxy.

Off-topic question that kinda-sorta relates to art that Toriyama designed (but is too insignificant to have its own thread): It finally hit me today that the only Daizenshuu that Toriyama didn't design the (characters on the) cover for was #10, TV Animation Part 3. Why was that? Just because it came out so late?

Yeah. Probably a tie-in like with Battle of Gods, meaning Freeza's new form (if it's not just an aura change), other character's costumes from the movie, something else...or all of the above.
