How powerful was Buff Buu? And Good/Mr. Buu?

Buff Buu was basically Kid Buu with South Supreme Kai in it. But it's no mere addition. How powerful was Buff Buu? Was Buff Buu more powerful than Super Buu?

On that note, is Mr. Buu/Good Buu just Kid Buu with Grand Supreme Kai in it? So Good Buu's power is just Kid Buu and Supreme Grand Kai?

Good Boo or Mr.Boo as he is called is around less than half as strong as the original Fat Boo. When Boo split the Grey Boo got most of the Fat Original Boo's power.

And yes Buff Boo is stronger then Evil Boo.

Buff Buu is a little bit of a grey area marred by possible inconsistencies if you follow the anime alone.

It's implied in the flashbacks that Kid Buu (original Buu) was fought evenly by the Southern Supreme Kai and had no option other than to absorb him to ensure victory.

As we know from Super Buu absorbing various people the absorption technique can both increase Buu's power and potentially weaken it - as seen when Piccolo is the dominant influence. Therefore with Southern Kaioshin one would expect that Buu's power would increase as opposed to decrease.

Supreme Kai seemed to believe that Kid Buu is the strongest of all of his forms, and that he is purely evil and was weakened by absorbing the Kais - but that is mainly attributed to North Kaioshin.

As for Good Buu and Evil Buu - I don't think it's wrong to assume that Fat Buu's powers were not evenly divided and Evil Buu got the slightly better deal. I'm not sure how much stronger Super Buu was than Fat Buu, but again it seems to reinforce the position that the extent of Buu's powers seem tied to whatever personality is dominant - and I suppose with Super Buu we can assume that as the evil personality is dominant then a good portion of Kid Buu's power is available to him that wasn't when he was Fat Buu.

Buff Boo is stronger than Super Boo to the point that Goku actually notices it. I would think a two arrow difference between Super Boo and Buff Boo is warranted. Buff Boo is certainly stronger than Piccolo-Boo and Super Boo as well as SSjin 3 Gotenks.

Good Boo and Gray Boo/Evil Boo/Pure Evil Boo, whatever you want to call him are parts of the Fat Boo. That being said, it's up to you to interpret how much of Fat Boo's power they each got. I believe that Good Boo got 40% of Fat Boo's power and Gray Boo (as I call him) got 60% of Fat Boo's power.

For a visual representation (though I doubt any of you will need it)

Good Boo is 67% of Gray Boo, and that leads to the dominance that Gray Boo showed in there fight.

To compare Good Boo to other Z-Fighters, I myself would put him quite a bit more than the SSjin 2 adults, but that's just my interpretation.

It's quite simple really. Buff Boo is stronger than Super Boo and Kid Boo (debateable). Good Boo is inferior to Kid Boo, Grey Boo and his original Fat Boo self.

Whether that included the Dai Kaioshin is questionable because at the time the Kaioshin seemed to be only speaking about the four cardinals. But I imagine that South Kaioshin gave Boo trouble forcing him to absorb the South Kaioshin. And then Boo absorbed the Dai Kaioshin because the last Kaioshin increased his power so he thought the Dai Kaioshin would too. Rather than Boo actually being forced to absorb him.
