Well the whole female Majin build complicates things for the males. You could make the males have a Super Buu like form, but what would the girls get? They already have that frame to them. While a lot of this could be taken care of DLC, I'd rather get it in a sequel and feel like I was getting more out of buying that, rather than forking over another $20 for more to do in this particular game...considering I'm already gonna be doing that as it is, ack.
As far as transformations go, they may as well go the full gamut.
- Saiyans (Base/Super Saiyan/'Ascended' Saiyan/Super Saiyan 2/Super Saiyan 3/Super Saiyan 4/Super Saiyan God)
- Humans (Base/Ultimate - yes, I know, Gohan go the form, but they should save SOMETHING for the humans)
- Namekian (some kind of form that deals with the Namekian fusion concept)
- Freeza's Clan (First Form/Second Form/Third Form/Final Form/100% Power/Cooler's Transformation)
- Majin (Some kind of base/a 'Super' form/a 'Pure' form)

You can choose your first and final form, You customize one form, then customize another, the second one would be your final form which you can transform in battle. As we already got most of the transformations in CaC
There's room for only one snake, and one big boss.

Freeza's race doesn't need all those forms because they were exclusive to Freeza alone. He says they were made by himself to help control his power. The default race of his form should be Freeza's 4th with Cooler's 5th being the available transformation.

Why not just give them both Pure Buu, like in DBO? Since all Majin (well not all, but what we consider a Majin like Buu) are descended from Buu, the whole point of that is to expel all "impurities" and tap back into their purest state and regain their lost power. Taking away "Ultimate" from Saiyans is a terrible idea. Saiyans are the only race where it has a unique aspect with (allowing them to become strong without Super Saiyan) and some Saiyan players would definitely want to use it.
Frankly, with how imbalanced the races are I think they should scrap them altogether and instead give you the ability to recreate any race from the same template. There will be presets to help you quickly create certain races but that gives you the freedom to create your character using any of the games' assets.
Transformations would be a bitch in that system, but you could also make custom transformations - that might sound complicated, but it'd be quite easy. Just like how you can recustomise your character and save alternate costumes, you can take your base character and design their transformation.
Want Super Saiyan? Give the transformation blonde hair and green eyes, plus the aura change. Drag the muscle slider across for any of the graded forms, etc.
The amount of transformations would be limited to a certain number (matching whatever original character has the most forms) and can be unlocked through spending attribute points, just like how you add additional ki bars currently.

I would like to have "Mystic mode" for my created character, rather than that version of Vegeta transforming. Speaking of it, I wonder why Vegeta has a different version of transforming.

You'll be happy to know we are likely due for a sequel if everyone continues to support this release being as I doubt there will be more then the dlc packs already announced. Just took a look at the command list for each character (was blinded by my bias for dimps why didnt notice it first time) and its as embarrassing as spikes games...
seems more and more like a strictly fan service game the more look at it..

If you don't have stamina they will be very easy...you won't be able to escape them so you're practically a test dummy until your stamina is replenished.
