So they wished for a corpse that's no longer around? Wouldn't that be going into Enma Daio's territory since he has dominion over the living and dead? I don't know if this counts as an issue.Babbu wrote:Instead of being brought back with his whole body when wished back he is brought back in all the little pieces Trunks cut him into.
Which doesn't make them answers, just theories. Honestly those mean as much to me as fan calcs. Just rationalizations to cover up for writers who don't take the time to cover their own tracks.Zephyr wrote: I don't believe I ever implied that I wasn't coming up with theories and rationalizations, or that the staff gives a damn about this stuff. I'm trying to give the least assumptive answers for questions I can that arise as a result of the facts that the manga gives us taken with the facts the film is giving us.
Proposition A is true, and Proposition B is true. They don't immediately appear compatible, and yet they're both true. What does it take for them both to be true? Whatever that is also has to be true. That's what I'm trying to determine here. That is, again, a normal thing to need to do in a DB story. Coming up with them is more constructive and engaging than bemoaning the lack of something we've never had and likely never will: all-encompassing, succinct, clear, neat, prefect exposition on the part of the staff. It just feels to me like the result of excessive optimism for one of the franchise's weakest aspects.
Sorry but I have no idea what that means...you might have went all Morpheus on me
