After reading the summery of "RoF Chapter 1", I find it odd that Frieza was put into the revival chamber in his Mecha form (which is what was left of his 4th form from Namek with only one arm and no legs) was still alive after being cut up by Trunks (however, if you think about it, Frieza was cut in half, partially incinerated by Goku's blast and then blown up from Namek and still survived - this shows his body insane levels of durability) and would revert to his fully healed 1st form (with both arms and legs) and not what was left of his 4th form? Because unless he has regeneration abilities like Cell/Buu, it shouldn't be possible (unless the revival chamber allowed him to heal this way).
And as for Frieza getting a massive power up after only four months of training:
Goku's power level at birth: 10
Frieza's power level at birth: 120,000,000
You can't tell me it would not be possible for him to get wicked strong in a short amount of time after some hard-core training and if you add a possible 5th form?
On a side note, I hope we see his 100% 4th form again and maybe the 100% Deathball.
