Why does original audio matter when Funi's already fixed it?

Discussion regarding the entirety of the franchise in a general (meta) sense, including such aspects as: production, trends, merchandise, fan culture, and more.

OK, so I listened to it and literally the only place where I've noticed a difference is when Goku says: "Gohan what-ever-the-beginning-of-this-verb-is-shiro". There one voice was like a normal movie and another like a real human speaking (I'm not sure which one I'd like more). But apart from this one moment everything else was the same for me.
I now feel terribly sorry for my inability to appreciate your hard work but that's the truth: for me there's no difference. Then again it shouldn't really matter since I don't like animes in general and where there's a manga, I tend to stick to it so I'd mostly likely never use the updated anime anyway.

Still, I'm happy that you've managed to track those recordings down and that you are enjoying them.
You seriously need to clean your ears out mate. The difference is obvious.

I don't think its fair to make a jab like this about a person's ability discern different sounds. Would you make a similar comment to a color blind person about not being able to see the "obvious" difference between different hues?
Favorite Movies: Alien, Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back, The Thing, Evil Dead, The Land Before Time
Favorite Shows: Cardcaptor Sakura, Doctor Who, Wallace and Gromit, Wakfu, Yu Yu Hakusho
Favorite Manga: Fullmetal Alchemist, Hunter x Hunter, Dragon Ball

A few things to note - the Bardock audio is from an older source (Kei can correct me if I'm wrong) and I don't believe it's the original file that was sent to me. I'm fairly sure it's a version I was playing around with which is why it's a lacking a little low end. I could be wrong, I honestly don't know where that original file has gone. Either way, #95's audio is what you would expect from a home release. The difference there is astounding.

The difference is like night and day.

Not sure I'd bother watching all of it again just for the sake of better audio source but I'd still buy, I guess.
FUNimation 2015 Releases I want:
- Kai 2.0 on Blu-ray

He's posting in a thread about the audio quality, which means he's open to fair criticism on his in-ability to hear the difference.

You're 'blind person' comment is hilarious in it's ridiculousness by the way.

Just to check... You do know what color blindness is, right?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Color_blindness
Color blindness, or color vision deficiency, is the inability or decreased ability to see color, or perceive color differences, under normal lighting conditions. Color blindness affects a significant percentage of the population.[1] There is no actual blindness but there is a deficiency of color vision.

First, it's she.
Second, sure, I'm open to criticism but not to such condescension. What you said wasn't criticising. It was being straight rude.
Third. it's "your" not "you're".
Fourth, "blind" doesn't equal "color-blind".
