More like closer to a low on ki 23rd BT Piccolo. s the Daizenshuu stated Papaya island is almost small continent in size
Not to mention Raditz saga Piccolo could casually vaporize the moon
If he was casually dodging thunderbolts that puts him at faster than Saiyan saga Goku.
Goku was trained to be faster than lightning in DB part 1.
And mach 25 isn't even that fast in the DBU Tao was already mach 15+
He has mind control and force fields similar to that of Babidi who could control Dabura and withstand Buu's energy attacks. On top of that it says he can teleport and teleported an entire island, maybe he could drop an island on someone.
The fact that Babidi's force field's could withstand vegeta's ki blasts means he's waaaaaay more powerful than Mewtwo.

I never saw that before but seeing it now makes me wonder why Nappa's blast wasn't bigger then.

Didnt they say he had to learn to strike faster than lighting? If he himself was faster than lighting then he'd have reached King Kai's planet in no time. Post King Kai training Goku was Mach 9, he'd be Mach 36 with Kaioken x4 so he may not even be able to hit Mewtwo.
Tao isn't Mach 15 either that's just the speed the column travelled at. I know I can't run as fast as the speed I could throw a ball at.

But do we even know what Mewtwo's force fields could actually withstand? Maybe he could withstand Vegeta's attacks.

These videos are pathetic. Its sad this is so famous.
They will always do something about Dragon Ball from now on , just to call a lot of people and earn some easy money.
The comments section is toxic too, like always.

A world without Dragon Ball is just boring.

There's a very big difference between how fast you can move in a quick burst and how fast you can consistently move. That's why people who dash 100 metres run a lot faster than people running a marathon--people don't have the stamina to run at their absolute top speed for long periods of time.

There are many different sources for the speed of lightning and one of the slowest that I can see has lightning at travelling at 224,000mph which is about Mach 295 almost 33x the speed that Goku travelled on his way back to Earth.
If he really could move as fast as lightning a few dashes here and there would have gotten him to King Kai's planet by the end of the day as opposed to 6 months.

I'm just gonna mention that Babidi's shield was magical. That pretty much bypasses almost all rules of power, except regarding other magic.

If you count his mega evolution(s), he's the strongest after Mega Rayquaza.

Beginning of Z Piccolo is relativistic speed with his moon buster. Vsbattles.wikia.com over rates a lot of fictions including dbz and pokemon. Mewtwo is an island buster and about mach 280
http://www.narutoforums.com/blog.php?b=18777
Mewtwo would be a good fight for 23rd Budokai Goku who is an island buster and faster than lightning which is mach 440. Freeza is too much for him.
The Creation trio + Arceus would wreck any dbz character tho because they're universal.
Canon is Jaco, Dragon Ball except for EoZ, Dragon Ball Super anime and manga (both are separate canons)
Kai >>> Z

Well yeah, but that's because a ball is smaller than you are. And actually, you can't throw a ball and faster than your hand is moving.
The Pillar weighed more than Tao. It's harder to move. He didn't have any room to accelerate (like someone does when running). It (assuming he didn't somehow magically make it go faster in the air) left the gate at hypersonic speeds. Then he, after throwing it, caught up to it.
So yes, he would have to be moving that fast, barring the feat being outlier nonsense. Which it might be. But Dragonball is full of that, pretty nothing actually adds up except the hilarious low-end like the weight and gravity training.
