DOUBLE K.O.

Anyone ever get a double knockout in BT? We always talk shit and play here at my house (like 8 friends) and BT never gets put down. It nearly made me go insane, but it replaced Star Wars: Battlefront 2 as the house game, which is good. People didn't sleep for days because of that game. Anyhow, in all of our matches we finally saw a double knockout yesterday. It was pretty sweet. Reccome and Perfect Cell. They both got special and one of them flew down and did his special while the other friend's first reaction was to do his.

Perfect barrier + ultra bomber = chaos. They killed each other and the room went crazy, hah. So anyways, has anyone else witnessed one? It seems kinda rare seeing as how much we play it here.

Like a double K.O.? Wow, I never thought that can happen in "BT"... Well if that could happen with Cell couldn't anyone with a move like that (Vegeta and Buu's explosion), do that?

I've had a few Double KOs but never in vs mode (because I can't get anyone to play against me!

). My most favorite one was where I and the opponent (don't remember which character) did a charged energy blast and hit each other at the same time!

I've had a couple of Double K.O.s during Sparking gameplay.. but, by far the most ridiculous and anti-climactic was when my friend (base Cell) and I (first-form Freeza) floated up to eachother and lightly jabbed eachother in the face at the exact same moment with no health left, resulting in the both of us eating dirt after a long, close battle. It was really stupid.

I got a double KO in the first Budokai between Vegeta and Zarbon.

I had a double KO in Budokai 3 against a Saibaman. He self-destructed. On me.

That dosen't count, everyone must've seen that if they played DU with Yamcha. I had one, it was in Budokai 3.

Basically it was in World Tournament, I was Mystic Gohan and I was versing.... Recoome I think. We were on our last bit of health and we both charged and hit eachother.

I have the best Budokai 3 Double KO ever. This actually happened if you can believe it. Let me give a bit of background first on what was going on. My cousin and I play this game everytime we get together. We goof around and play a handful of characters, then when it gets serious, I go for Goku and he goes for Vegeta. We set any ground rules going into the match. We usually say something like "Super Saiyan Limit? 2?" or "All the way? Full power at Super Saiyan 4?" Occationally we'll also go without any ki attacks, ultimates, transformations, whatever, just to mix it up a bit.

So anyway, we started this match, ground rules at game loading screen were Super Saiyan 2 Transformation limit, and nothing but melee combat...

Then it happened..

.. We both dashed forward, and started punching each other, but we connected at the same time! You ever done that before? Where they punch, and semi-recoil from the hits hitting each other? Well we did it a few times in a row, and kept doing it, trying to see who could slip the first punch past the other guy. It became a contest, and there we were keeping pace! Then we kinda decided as we were doing that to see how long we could keep it up and started timing our punches to match and keep the effect going. (That I can't say for sure because niether of us was talking at this point, it just kinda seemed to be the reaction we both took to the situation)

And what happened? We stood there and kept matching blows until we knocked each other out! A whole match, nothing but those hit on hit punches and knocked each other out! We laughed so hard and were amazed with it afterwards. I doubt we coould pull that off again if we tried for days. Most amazing double KO I ever saw in a DBZ game.

The same kind of thing happened to me in the first Budokai game; we just continuously punched each other at the same time, until the announcer man announced, "Double K.O!"

It's a very rare occurrence indeed.

I thought we were talking about BT Double K.O.'s?

Well, I don't remember getting one, but I am 30% sure that I have before. I haven't played BT in awhile, saving all my fighting game skills for Sparking NEO(And occasionally, some Ultimate Ninja) in the US.(Does it come out on the 17th?)

I got a funny double K.O. whilst playing with my brother. We were both totally drained of health. Then we decided to fly next to each other and have a duel. Then we both shouted "go!" and both pressed the square button and both got hit and K.O.ed at the same time.
