They did release the first volume a while back and I remember picking it up back in 2008 back when Borders was in still Columbia, MD. I guess the others didn't get release here because it didn't seem to sell that well. The DBZ anime is more popular then the manga despite both the manga and anime have been around since the late 90's in the US.
Wasn't that just the illustrations book though? The least interesting one of the lot too.
Chozenshu Vol 1 and 4 would be best.

The first daizenshuu has been released in lots of countries, almost none of which got any other volumes. There's absolutely zero reason to assume Viz ever considered releasing more than just that one.
