A question on Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi

I max out Mr Satan's attack but when I use him, nothing seems to happen. I selected custom, so is Mr Satan even able to be custom?

Well, you're being very vague right now. What exactly do you mean by "nothing's happening"?

Nothing as he doesn't seem to hit harder or... If it helps our friends at wikipedia mention that:

Mr. Satan (Hercule in the edited FUNimation dub) - None of the other characters "flinch" when hit by his melee attacks. (not even another Mr. Satan)

Mabye, he'll "attack" in the same way because he is always made to be a character that is weaker than the others in this way.

As he doesn't seem to hit harder. I mean the lifebar dropped the same way as before even after major attack boast.

What mode are you playing? I remember that in Ultimate Battle (or whatever it's called; the one where you go through 100 opponents), you CAN select Custom, but the powerups don't actually work for any character in that mode. It's probably a bug.

If you're in a different mode though, then I dunno. :\
