Goku retaining the SSJ God power doesn't make much sense in regards to the ending. Goku considers Oob and challenge and two fight on par with each other. But Kid Buu was a mere SSJ3 tier. So is Oob now in the small league as the gods?

Give it time. In this case either the ending will be retconed, or Goku and everyone will lose the power they've gained.

With the whole "Kyūkyoku no shinka: Gōruden Furīza" that the site/V-Jump uses to refer to Freeza's transformation/evolution I totally want him to (warp digi-)evolve with Brave Heart (Digimon's digievolution insert song) in the background.

I come back to see what all the fuzz is about and saw Freeza's new form, and wow, just wow. I knew SSJG was just a lazy palette swap to keep in line with simple, but this is just as lazy if not more so than SSJG. Just a cheap eyesore recolor of Freeza's true form with slight cosmetics changes. I didn't expect anything significantly different, but don't just do what amounts to a lazy palette swap. He reminds me of Coola too much, but I don't mind the simplistic choice in design as it mimics SSJG, but its just the color scheme that really bothers me, its and eyesore, tone done the colors and make it mesh better or use different colors to make the new form more dynamic.

Though, It does seem funny to this is just Freeza's version of SSJ/SSJG, almost seems poetic to some degree, lol. Glad to see Goku gets his ass handed to him, hopefully Vegeta can step up and steal the show, but only it leads to further character development.

Of course Goku was excited if Uub's potential seems to be leagues above the Saiyans'. The original ending doesn't need to be retconned, only in that way Goku was only excited because he was about to find an amazing potential in Uub. Now, just like Freeza, Uub is not a simple human or average being in the universe, but a prodigy.

I'm not a fan of Freeza to be able to become a God tier being only by training alone, but it kinda makes sense if he didn't really train a bit till now. On the other hand, I'm still hoping that Freeza Golden Evolution has to do with something else than traning, maybe Sorbet's ring will generate him enough power to transcend.

I guess the plot is going to be Freeza comes back with an unrealistic power increase and beats Goku and everyone but then what about Fusion?

I mean come on surely SSJ 1 or 2 Vegeto can beat this Golden Freeza. Or even SSJ3 Gotenks?

Everyone? We haven't seen him beating Vegeta.

I think the brows could be a little more pronounced and the glowing gems should be a bit more violet/dark blue than purple. But... awesome work, I admit. Actually, I'm beginning to get used to Golden Freeza.

The man released a chapter nearly every single week for nearly 10 years (Not counting Dr. Slump) Still came back occasionally to do small things for the series over the next ten years, and has recently "taken the helm" (so to speak) on these past two movies, re-writing scripts and helping with all sorts of Pre-Production/story things. He's gone back and re-read his own series to make sure he's as accurate as he can be (Even if he's still seemed to have forgotten a few things here and there), and added all sorts of things to the Dragon Ball mythos we wouldn't have even imagined 10 years ago.

Not the most exciting entry, but this gum tie-in promotion campaign seems incredibly elaborate. Apparently you have to roll the gum packaging up into a dragon ball and then you use the phone app to confirm that you've got dragon ball #x. Then once you get all seven, Shenlong appears "above the packaging" (but only on your phone, of course) and grants a wish.

Haha, that's really clever. I hope a video pops up soon.
