Budokai Tenkaichi 3 is definitely on my top 10 Wii games and has tons of content. For me I preferred the streamlined story as I didn't really want to go through BT2's story all over again (although the what-if with Raditz was enjoyable). As someone that breezes through story mode and then spends 95% of the time doing challenges and versus matches I was more interested in the post-game content. The extra characters and forms were great and a game roster will probably not grow this large for quite some time (movie villains and giant ape forms).

I was going to say that BT3 was the best ever DBZ game but I think Xenoverse has a bit of an advantage so far. Even though it has fewer characters the co-op missions are compelling and the custom character idea is just too innovative to ignore.

I'm sorry but I can't understand you. You say you only play the story mode one time per game and you're more interested in post-game matches, but you're saying too that Xenoverse it's one of the best dragon Ball games.

What kind of post-game has this game, besides the online? I mean, the versus it's a total mess; 3 min. time limit for a 2vs2 or 3vs3 fight? You're serious, Dimps? No difficulty level, actually it's VERY easy,no customization for standard characters,... There aren't any mode besides PQ and story, even no offline tournament.

BT3 is great but B3 is better. BT3 has a great roster and fun gameplay but lacks the advanced combo system, great soundtrack, and awesome story mode that Budokai 3 has. In some ways I actually prefer BT2 to BT3 because of the much better music and story mode. Plus it was cool being able to move around and hide from your opponent before the battle began, and to be able to form the spirit bomb in the air. I remember the difference between BT1 and BT2 feeling absolutely incredible, and then the difference between 2 and 3 being good too but not as much of a leap forward.

You can make your own story mode in BT3.

Am I the only one who thinks Super Dragon Ball Z is the best game....?

Tenkaichi 3 was great but Tenkaichi 2 beat it out except characters and gameplay. Remember Yamamoto plagiarized so that also makes Tenkaichi 2 in my opinon have better music than Budokai 3.
I prefer Budokai 3 because of how much replay value that game had and I loved it! :D

What's the matter? Nobody really cares about his plagiarism, I think

You obviously have no idea what you're talking about. We have one of the largest threads on this forum devoted to Yamamoto's "work." http://www.kanzenshuu.com/forum/viewtop ... 12&t=12749
It's creatively bankrupt theft, and his work deserves to be ignored, regardless of how well it enhances the enjoyability of a children's show.

Yeah, he did plagiarize, but I kinda don't care since his music was better than the stuff he copied from for the most part imo.

As far as thiefs go, Yamamoto is one of the noble ones :P
Taking obscure tracks and turning them into masterpieces and at the same time making them so similar, that it's not hard to start following the originals.
Shit, maybe he could even get credit for reviving interest in those obscure Groups and artists

Jokes aside I really do like his budokai music. That may be nostalgia, but the newer stuff just doesn't compare in my Humble opinion 8)

Oh, that makes it totally okay then. I'll be sure the next time one of my students uses that excuse to give him a pat on the back, instead of failing him outright.

Dragon Ball was, has and will always be a show that was primarily a kids show. This does NOT mean however that it is inaccessible to an older audience.

If something is truly perfect, that's IT! The bottom line becomes there is no room for imagination! No space for intelligence or ability or improvement! Do you understand? To men of science like us, perfection is a dead end, a condition of hopelessness. Always strive to be better than anything that came before you but not perfect! Scientist's agonize over the attempt to achieve perfection! That's the kind of creatures we are! No one's saying it's okay to plagiarize. Just that his music is better than what he copied from.

No, people are saying that they don't care that it was plagiarized. Which is even worse.
