Going back a bit, Movie 8 was the best of the lot prior to Battle of Gods release. Broly was also the most unique villain with the best character design out of all the other movie villains.

Most of the other villains were just poor man versions of the villains from the show.

Even though I disagree that movie 8 was the best, or even top 3, you're right about Broly. His design is awesome. The character is terrible, but by comparison, he's the 2nd most unique indeed. That's sad.

Janemba's the best, imo, though.

Cell actually doesn't look that bad in gold. It helps that its nowhere near as much solid gold as Golden Freeza.
