They swap out every time you do a Parallel Quest. The chance of a specific mentor popping up though, like everything else, is presumably up to RNG.

You don't even have to do the complete quest. Just get as far as the character select screen, and quit. That resets Toki Toki.

So I finally ended up making all of my custom character options on Xenoverse! Pictures will come later when I get them all set up in outfits I think fit them best, but as a tease, here's who they are.

1. 'Gyt' (Saiyan, Male) (Balanced) - My main OC, think of him as an alter-ego I suppose. No vegetable named pun here, so he's either technincally a half-Saiyan from sometime in the future (think DBO), or he's got something like Goku going on. I'd prefer to think the former really. Anyway, other than keeping part of my internet name, it IS a pun though (as is my internet name). Gyt comes from 'Git', a British term for 'fool'.

2. 'Pan (Teen)' (Saiyan, Female) (Close Combat) - A non-GT variant of Pan, as she would appear in my fanfiction (more or less). Not really a whole lot else to say here.

3. 'Uub' (Human, Male) (Blast Style) - A non-GT variant of Uub, as he'd appear in my fanfiction...or at least, close enough. Not gonna lie, not super pleased with his look. Anyway, I normally spell the name 'Oob' since I normally spell Buu as 'Boo', but since the game already has it's own preset spellings, I may as well match them.

4. 'Kuriko' (Human, Female) (Balanced) - A descendant of Kuririn from a different time (again, think like DBO time or something). I originally thought about giving her no nose to match her ancestor, but it just looked too funky. She did inherit his short stature though. Anyway, the name pun here is just preserving the 'Kuri' from 'Kuririn', and tossing the female name ending 'ko' to the end of it. Additional note, if I'd ended up making the Kuririn descended character a male, the name would have been 'Kurito'.

5. 'Flute' (Namekian) (Balanced...I think?) - My girlfriend made this character (I didn't really have any ideas for a Namekian OC anyway), and it's pretty much her OC from back when we would make up our own DB stories and such. Not really much else to say here, as the name pun should be obvious too.

6. 'Frigid' (Freeza's Race) (Blast Style) - Another somewhat survivor of the old 'make up your own DBZ story' days, Frigid was originally meant to be a son of Freeza...but let's face it, nothing can top Kuriza. So let's just assume he's...uh...come to think of it, where in the hell are more Freeza clansmen supposed to come from anyway? ...At any rate, again, name pun should be fairly obvious.

7. 'Buuby' (Majin, Female) (Close Combat) - My envisioning of Buu's wife, as originating from DBO and as she'd appear in my fanfiction. I know, I know...apparently her name being 'Buuby' was a mistranslation, but it's too perfect and I refuse to give it up! It's just too perfect of a name pun that I could easily see Toriyama doing.

8. 'Baby Buu' (Majin, Male) (Blast Style) - Buu and Buuby's little 'dumpling' (and no I didn't take that design, even if it IS glorious), that they have together. Again taken from DBO and how I'd imagine them for my fic. Not really a pun to be had here, but really, I can't imagine Buu or even his newborn wife (...that just sounds creepy) being too creative with names, so Baby Buu it is. Maybe the next generation will be more creative.

What is the easiest way to get Super Vegeta? I keep trying in the PQ that you get it in. I know to get krillin to help then let him die so Goku and Vegeta come, but what should I do after that?

From personal experience, I find Vegeta is more likely to go super when he is damaged a bit during the Freeza fight.

Prey to every RNG god and hope they reward you with SSJ Vegeta.

You could try to find somebody that has an extra one to trade with you. Other than that, you are going to have to keep playing the PQ over and over. (In case you didn't know, you must kill SSJ Vegeta in order for it to have a chance to drop.)

Oh man way to tedious . So am i right in recruiting krillin? There isn't a way to talk to vegeta on the map? Like he only comes if I recruit Krillin?

You must do these things:

Spoiler:

1) Recruit Krillin
2) Let Freeza kill him (don't attack Freeza until Krillin is dead)
3) Goku will show up. Beat First and Final Form Freeza
4) Freeza with become Full Power Freeza, and Vegeta will show up
5) Beat Freeza, and Vegeta might go super Saiyan
6) Best SSJ Vegeta and "Super Vegeta" might drop.

So I just discovered the true usefulness of the first move Goku gives you, 'Afterimage Strike'. Notice how it doesn't take any ki when you use it? Yeah, that's because you can move right into another move from that. As in, not just punches and kicks, but your Super Moves or even your Ultimate Moves. I essentially just re-created my own Instant Kamehameha, and man did it feel good.

Well, it's not a huge move (though if you had a Super Kamehameha, you'd have essentially pulled it off). You just equip the 'Afterimage Strike' move, and then use it. When you're using it, you start to warp around the opponent in different places. From there, just hit the button(s) needed to perform whatever other attack you'd want to perform, and WHAM-O. Doesn't always hit of course, as there's still lag time on certain moves for your opponent to move, but I'm having pretty good success with it now.

Piccolo gives you Evil Explosion first, then Super Explosion Wave, then Light Grenade, then Special Beam Cannon.
