Yeah, this new ending definitely exists because they have to make money somehow while the series still runs. The series is still running because it will alleviate the schedules for Toei Animation's other series and promote Fukkatsu no F, so...yeah. Columbia might as well sell another single while they still can.

This makes 'seven endings' for the series, assuming we consider the first run of Dragon Ball Kai and this run the same series.

If they stuck to the original plan there would have been 4 endings, the visuals for the current one reflects the ending of the series, I wonder what visuals they'll use for this?

Thanks for the info, JulieYBM!. I think here's the confirmation that they'll be ending the Japanese broadcast at 160, and the last 14 Episodes will use this theme.

There are only thirteen available slots in the spring season, so chances are the Ending will only run for Episodes #147-159. Episodes #144-146 will use the fourth ending.

Honestly, I like Galaxy. I mean...I'm not really sure if it "fits" the series (More than Clover Z, though. That's for sure) but I think it's definitely an alright ending for what it is. Plus, I like the song.

I love "Galaxy," I just wish I could get some English lyrics for it. The ED with it and how it shows Goku's life seems perfect for the end of Kai 2.0 and I'm really surprised they are making another song. Seeing as I've only liked 3 of the 6 EDs Kai has had in general, I don't have many hopes for this next and last song to be good. =/

I just finally saw the ending. I personally think the song is terrible. I don't like the singer's voice, and the music sounds way too eccentric for my tastes.

The "animation" is also bad, because once again, it's nothing but static drawings. So Lazy.

I strongly hate J-pop which always poorly imitates Western popular music. I never liked any of the ending songs for Buu Kai and this one, too.

The music video itself isn't so bad, although this is only the short version. I honestly would like to see how the band members deal with that fighter.

Personally I like the song. A big part of that is the visuals, not sure how I'd feel without it playing to the nostalgia button in my heart, but I think it's fine. It's different, but I enjoy it as a way of ending the show, I still get the sense of fun I want from DBZ music. It didn't let me down, unlike the other endings. I literally don't like any of Kai's endings even going to the original Kai seasons. As an ending, it reminds me that no matter how much things change, some things never do. The tournament has been a big part of Goku's character and his friends as well, and with DBZ it's easy to forget that. The ending really reminds me just how important the tournament is, and the ending show with Uub, and Goku smiling....hits me right here (Heart. Forgot text isn't visual, hits the heart, not my pancreas).

I know plenty of people don't like JPop, it's very hit or miss with me as well, but I know just what this song could've been, I've heard the abyss, and for what it is I say it's good.

Best Kai Buu arc ending by far.

Great. I love it. Still listening too it now.

-Idea-
I love the idea about recaping his Tenkaichi Budokai fights.
Goku came a long way! First time he was student, now he would become a master.
I love Uub foreshadowing in the end.

The only problem is that its the second ending in a row only about Goku. The last one, Galaxy, could have been different.

-Edition-
Its just still frames, once again. Kai Buu arc screams laziness everywhere, except the Opening.

Anyway, I think its the perfet ending to finish Kai.
