In all seriousness I think it could really work. Dragon Ball Z seems to be in a "God Saga" at the moment between the Super Saiyan God, Beerus, possibly Freezer and even Demigra so it goes hand in hand with Asura's Wrath a game which is heavily anime inspired that has characters that could give Goku and friends a run for their money.
DBZ has it's 12 Gods of Destruction and Asura's Wrath has it's 8 Guardians Generals who are all Gods. Beerus' design is Egyptian mythology inspired and Asura's Wrath's Gods are Buddist and Hindu mythology inspired.

Somewhere there's a good crossover in all that.
There's a great crossover in all that. But Shueisha would never greenlight a Dragon Ball crossover if it isn't with a property they own.

I still haven’t lived down going, “Who the heck is Tao Pai-pai?” that one time I was talking with Ei’ichiro Oda-kun. But the fact that there are still people reading the series after all this time… All I can say is; “thank you.” Really, that’s all.

And that you also have IMMENSELY skewed and comically backwards priorities in what you think is most important and needed to make a good Dragon Ball story.

They own Shonen Jump so all the titles within that which is why you have Battle Stadium DON and J Stars Victory.
I don't know all the in's and out's of who own what rights but Namco Bandai are behind the DBZ, One Piece and Naruto games.
Now I must be missing something because if I was in charge over at Namco Bandai I'd think
"Hold on a minute, we have the rights to three very popular franchises that apparently we are allowed to crossover because we did J Stars Victory. So what if we make a high quality, high end production, crossover game with an original story and something fans have only ever dreamt about because obviously such a game would sell a ton of copies and make us a lot of money."
