The dlc was a bit of fun though I gotta say that English VA was pretty bad. Like they did every line once and said "eh good enough"

I've unlocked all the new costumes and techniques now though and they're quite fun. Why do ya think the Murasaki gloves are female only?

Well it took me 2 weeks and hundreds of refreshes, but I finally got Beerus as a mentor. But now the other thing that's been on my mind; weren't be told we may be able to change our Aura colors after hitting 80? Or was that something that was kinda...brushed off. At least gimme that evil ki charging Villainous Kid Buu uses.

Finally got Beerus to show up as my master and ditched Vegeta for him. Been trying to play the second DLC Parallel Quest to grab the Super Genki Dama attack, but it seems like no one knows not to attack Pan till last. Granted I'm not entirely sure when that skill drops, but doing the Ultimate Finishes would surely raise the chances of getting it. :/

Anyone on PS3 want to team up and do this right?

So I use GT Trunks Z soul as it boosts speed, Ki recovery, and stamina recovery. I don't get a prompt that says Z soul activated...but is it? I notice changes but never see the prompt.

GT Story stuff in spoils so people don't get spoiled

This is all as I review footage.

So first off the entire section feels like a retread of the Broly saga again. Like it feels like there's hardly much changed at all beyond wormhole and evil aura's...you may as well be playing the regular story

Bebi Saga
-Another wormhole...again! Really?! Also like last time it seems everyone is getting the atrocious energy thing again, but Demigra who is dead is getting the credit. How is this happening? Is this a prequel to the end of the game? T
-Then we have Bebi as a Great Ape while Goku isn't a Super Saiyan 4. Nothing timeline wise says this is a skip or alteration, are we supposed to believe it is? It's mentioned for Freeza he went final form too fast, but for Bebi it feels like they just cut corners. I was hoping to fight Bebi Vegeta, but we don't.
-The wormholes better mean something as it'll suck if we don't have some behind the scenes enemy. Perhaps this is a prequel and Demigra isn't dead...or he survived somehow even though we saw him vaporized? I don't want it just be nothing. Besides Mira survived too. But Demigra surviving would take away from the final battle.
-Models look weird when they don't seem to face each other.

Super 17
-Neo Ginyu Force. Ok...why not the Nappa Force? I do like this change, but this is a weird difference. Nappa isn't even effected by evil energy.
-GT Trunks seemingly one shots Jeice and Guldo...but he clearly hit nothing. It was a really bad edit.
-No coat 17 is also really lame.
-Trunks mentions Demigra's spell...but the guy is dead...incinerated. How can he do stuff when dead? Prequel?
-Trunks also says to stop the 17's from merging...but that goes against the timeline.
-Your character literally needs to be told to go after 17...they just stand there til Trunks says so....really?
-When Super 17 is formed and Goku finally shows up, Trunks says to team up with Goku to get rid of the distortion...but this is pretty much how it happened in the series. I guess this is just because he has the evil aura? I guess this isn't an error
-Trunks says this 17 doesn't compare to the one in his era...doesn't he mean the reverse? Weird way of phrasing that.
-Subs don't match english Goku who says "It's that hole again" On the plus side I like the continuity and how Goku remembers us.
-"Assume as cur final chance"..dammit subs.
-Tea time is awesome yay...but why the water sound effect when going to the kaioshin world?

Finally...BOOOOOO! This felt like cheap marketing. Like if you want the whole story you have to buy all the DLC. That's lame. I already own the season pass, but to have to pay over 20 bucks for a really short story is lame. I guess we get our contents worth when adding all the extra stuff, but the story feels like it was cut to force further purchases. Hopefully the next pack covers Shadow Dragons (it will most likely) and maybe the final one covers Fukkatsu no F...unlikely but hopefully.

That attack becomes a monster when you get GT Goku's Z soul. From what I've seen it increases the ult's attack by at least 25% and makes you invincible while doing it. Cant lost health or stamina until you actually throw the thing. Put that on a Ki super based SSJ and your enemies are screwed.

It was mentioned during the Legendary Super Saiyan Arc that Demigra set up these spells before the final battle. I don't really know what purpose it serves with messing with GT for now (perhaps we'll find out in DLC 2 or 3), but for the previously mentioned arc I guess there was potential to prevent his own death. Since if Broli killed Goku, that would alter history and potentially prevent Goku from being there to help with his demise in the game's Demigra Arc.

Ah well that's interesting...delayed spells. Kinda odd as they seemingly have no point. Maybe if they mention a time shift could bring him back, that'd be interesting. So is his magic wormhole affecting everyone or did he target the bad guys early on?

GT Pack 2 Story Spoils

Ok so Sergio posted what seemed to spoil pack 2's story....and in all honesty...that looks heavily predictable. Fight Eis and Nuova. Fight Omega. Fight Bebi, Super 17, and Omega. All of this is predictable. I pretty much called this upon seeing 17 and Bebi being whisked away. I mean there doesn't seem to be a twist. Nothing so far beyond Neo Ginyu Force was a twist. I guess 17 smacking Trunks is something...but not really much. Seems after the Boo saga things got really lazy in the what if department. Though there were moments that at least stuck out. So far nothing is really that memorable in this saga, just like the Broly one.

I don't remember the number, it might be 37, but the name is something like "Super Super Awesome Series of Battles" or whatever.
Atleast that's the one I think he's referring to, by the Goku family spamming Super Kamehameha
