1. No one said Goku did nothing, just that he by himself got whooped.
2. It's also technically not wrong as basically everyone beat Buu and played a key part in it.

It is very well wrong. If everyone beats Boo "Goku beats Boo" is included. "Goku beats Boo" does not automatically mean he was it alone, also it is not really debatable that no matter who gave him energy he was the most important individual for that move.

I think most people miss the point of Vegeta being the one to end Freeza, or at least put him down to near death is very well deserved. First off - it's good old fashion revenge. Freeza wiped out Vegeta's race and ended up killing Vegeta himself. Vegeta has every right to kill him back. And for once - it wont be Vegeta letting the bad guy powerup for a fight then getting his ass handed to him. If anything Goku seems to be in that role now This is Vegeta's movie; If Beerus slapping Bulma was enough for Vegeta to temporarily surpass pre-SSJG Goku, then I think it's more than DB logical enough for Vegeta to be able to surpass post-SSJG Goku as Freeza should be a more sensitive, painful topic to him. Especially after being trained by Whis, a man stronger than Beerus.

Goku and Vegeta beat Kid Buu, not Goku himself and not Vegeta himself. Technically it was the earth that did it but the way DBZ counts victorys it was Goku and Vegeta vs Kid Buu.

No, it is called logic. Earth alone cannot unleash a Genkidama. Goku technically does not even need another person to use it so Goku is the most important one for the technique. He is the one who uses it.

Kid Buu pushed it with Raw force. Think of it like some one threw a hot ball at your hands and while it will burn your hand if you have enough will power you can push it back because the other side in this case being Goku is not pushing back at all.

By this logic literally no one can say that Vegeta never got a kill seeing as it was his idea and he's the one who bought Goku the time to gather said energy and thuis since he was key he beat Buu as well.
