I want Piccolo to return to fighting relevance in more current stories. Like, defeat a major villain or get another type of substantial power-up or something.

No. How did you get that at all from what I said? Kai is great, but since so many people grew up with Z, if they redubbed it, people might understand what the real Dragon Ball is like. I don't give a shit about the voices. Just give me a good dub.

Would love for some of the other timeskips to be explored. Honestly though, I'm absolutely delighted that Freeza's making another appearance. I'd love for him to survive for another movie (and for his empire to be rebuilt as much as is possible), though I'm not sure how likely that is.

You know what I've always wanted? Mr. Satan to admit his lies, but then doing something that inspires the trust of everyone on the planet, ultimately leading to a new role for him as King of the Earth, replacing King Furry. He's not the strongest fighter, but he sure as hell makes a great champion and could be an awesome leader for the humans.

The Ginyu Force have their own saga, and they have nothing to do with the Planet Trade Organization.
Battles will be better executed, better planned, with a 1:1 ratio Heroes to Villains, so everyone gets to fight with no assistance.

Reduce the ridiculousness with how powerful characters are:
Freeza can only destroy planets in his fourth form.
Cell is only as strong as 5 Freezas at 100%. The strongest Buu is only as strong as 15 Freeza's 100%. Their secondary abilities is what makes them more dangerous.
There's only SSJ1. Intense training will increase the multiplier from beyond 50x
Main Timeline Trunks and Goten cannot become SSJ unless they fulfill the requirements

I would want Dragon Ball treated like how Marvel and DC treats their series, with lots of different writers constantly making more, so that way I always have new and different versions of dragon ball to read. There would probably be some bad stuff, but also some good stuff, and that's better than getting nothing(or dragon ball SD).

Okay this I can agree with wholeheartedly, god damn it Toriyama give Piccolo a power-up.

You don't want this. Considering the track record for power ups that aren't Goku's, they're bound to fail. Pretty much everyone fails after their power up. Piccolo failed twice each time after his power ups. Gohan failed, then succeeded, then failed again. Oob failed right away. Vegeta succeeded and then failed, then he woulda succeeded but loved sucking the tits of failure. So really a new power up usually means "Relevance for a few moments til they fail, and then Goku saves everyone"

I don't really care tbh, Dragon Ball Z's always been that way to me anyway. Even though it usually is Goku saving the day, I'm always going to want to see those moments that my favourite characters are relevant, even if it's only for a few moments.

So yeah, I do want Piccolo to have another moment to shine even though it probably won't happen because IMO it's long overdue.

What? Like Path to Power? (never seen that so I don't know if it's bad or not)

What I would wish for:
1) Toriyama to write a series of light-hearted short stories that focus on dragon ball characters in their spare time (for example, we know that Lunch is "chasing after Tenshinhan" so maybe have a story of her trying to find him, or at least an explanation of how she became a truck driver by the end of Z

) Seriously, most of the background characters would suit this perfectly, and his comedy style of writing would be able to shine through.
2) Toriyama to stop trying to take all the mythological elements of dragonball away by just saying "because aliens." It makes the Dragon world seem less unique, kind of like how the anthropomorphic animal humans stopped showing up towards the end.
3) If they make a movie after Fukkatsu no F then it should be set after Goku flew off with Oob and the movie should be about Goku trying to bring out his hidden potential, it could even be a decent send-off to the whole series if they felt like quitting while they were ahead.
4) Jaco the Galactic Patrolman anime series, maybe if the character is well received in the new movie they should consider doing an adaptation, a Cross Epoch one-off would also be great to see.

Oh please they made Freeza relevant again, so it's fair game for any weaker fighter to become really strong.
