But to be fair, choosing one of us does seem a little silly, considering all our voices are meant for parody versions of the characters. Not that I would disregard the quality of the actors I work with. They're just not meant to be legitimate representations of the characters.
Whoever does your Recoome is a hundred times better than Sabat's "legitimate" Recoome.

Sorry to go off topic, but why are you putting your responses in spoiler tags? I've noticed this with a few of your posts.

Ginyu: I'm torn. I forever have a soft sport for Armstrong but R. Bruce Elliott is so awesome as Ginyu. Ugh... I guess I have to with R. Bruce Elliott because he's just a better actor as a whole

Jeice: I always had thing for Sabat's Space Australian Jeice to be honest.

Burter: Vic is certainly captures the snake like characteristic of Burter better than Sabat did.

Guldo: Grey Ayres is English VA for Guldo, in my opinion.

Recoome: David Kaye is best English VA for him, hands down. Sabat's Recoome is ridiculous.

Just so you guys can read them if you want to or not, but sorry, I'll try to refrain from doing that in the future.

Do have to say that I thought the first Recoome voice really owned the role and made it his own. Also he's voiced by Megatron and that makes it automatically awesome.

What about KaiserNeko's Burter? He's pretty good.
Can we stop including a fan dub on the list of official dub actors.
I agree
You missed the joke. He is KaiserNeko.

Gohan deserves it.

KaiserNeko wrote:Richard Newman's Ginyu, to me, is the absolute best. His commanding, masculine, yet flamboyant tone was perfect.

David Kaye's Recoome is the best English variant, by far. Love Sabat to death. Nooot a fan of his Recoome.

Scott McNiel is basically a draw with Jason Liebrecht.

Greg Ayres has my favorite interpretation of Guldo, as it's so vastly different from the others. It's very unique, and I dig it.

Vic Mignogna's Burter is probably the best, though I do still much enjoy Don Brown.
I agree with this for the most part. Replace Jason Liebrecht with Sabat and swap Mignogna and Brown around and that's roughly my opinion.

What I love about Richard Newman is that he really does sound like a commanding officer. He just sounds so professional and powerful. However, I love Kelly's interpretation as well. It's so flamboyant and my god is it a powerful voice. I think it is suitable for Ginyu as well, especially his sillier side. Kelly's screams are just as good as McNiel's and Drummond's screams. Kelly has a very commanding voice.

Just listen to how Kelly as Ginyu bosses Jeice around, it's gold!

Don Brown has the most unique voice for Burter, and has the reptilian rasp and scream. It's quite amazing how he pulled it all off.
My favourite art style (and animation) outside Toriyama who worked on Dragon Ball: Katsuyoshi Nakatsuru, Masaki Satō, Minoru Maeda, Takeo Ide, Hisashi Eguchi, Katsumi Aoshima, Tomekichi Takeuchi, Masahiro Shimanuki, Kazuya Hisada

Burtee: Alec Willows because he actually sounds bestial and scary
Jeice: none in particular
Guldo: everyone except Greg Ayres is tied, he's just a whiny child
Recomme: David Kaye for not sounding like a....well,you know......
Ginyu: Dale Kelly since he doesn't sound like some old guy but like a military space creature

Burter: Definitely Vic Mignogna. He does the snake voice naturally and the way he handles being humiliated by Goku is hilarious. I also like Don Brown, but I think he's TOO monstrous sounding for a goofy character like Burter.

Jeice: I have no strong preference. I think all of his voices are fine in a silly way.

Guldo: I really don't like most of his voices. They all often sound like they're trying to be menacing at times and it's just wrong. Greg Ayres plays Guldo for what he really is, a loser

Recoome: David Kaye for obvious reasons.

Ginyu: I have a lot of affection for Richard Newman and Brice Armstrong, but I got to give to R. Bruce Elliot. To me he strikes the best balance between being an arrogant military man and a wacky sentai ranger. Dale Kelly just sounds too forced.

Recoome - David Kaye is the only one between him and Sabat that didn't make the character seem mentally handicapped. A win by default.

Guldo - Though I like Greg Ayers almost as much in the role, I think Klassen did the better job of making Guldo sound like the pathetic little weasel that he is. But it's kinda unfair because most of Klassen's characters sound that way anyway.

Jeice - Liebrecht is perfectly fine in the role, I guess. A bit boring to me, but thats because I enjoy Sabat's cheesy aussie version of the character. It's bad, but comical and distinct. McNeil was okay as well.

Burter - I'd have to agree with others who've said that Sabat's take sounded too similar to Vegeta. The high voice and rasp made it impossible not to hear. Strangely, Mignogna sounds very similar to Sabat to me. I actually thought it was Sabat when I first heard him in the role. High voice, rasp and all. Not bad, but personally, not my favorite. I give that spot to Don Brown. While the others tried hard to create a voice suitable for look of the character, Don seemed to outmatch them completely in that department. His Burter voice sounded the least human, with a distinct repltilian vibe that all others after seemed to copy to a degree.

Ginyu - Richard Newman was perfect. That's all I can really say. He was the most balanced out of all the actors to play the role. Humor, good screams, and commanding pitch, all combined into one. Dale Kelly topped everyone else in the screams, but that's because everything about him was over the top. Armstrong and Elliot had weaker voices but were better acted.
