Help with info on this game

Hey all, a little over a year ago I bought this from someone in Japan....it is 2V....from what I coild find out it is pretty rare and it was a lotto drawing to get one...if anyone has any more info I'd be thankful

It's Dragon Ball Z: Budokai 2 (Dragon Ball Z 2 in Japan) with everything unlocked from the start, extra costumes for Goku, Frieza and Piccolo (I think), a V-Jump-themed Tournament Ring.
