More hints at Freeza not dying in this movie.
He's definitely going to another universe(the same universe, where Goku teleported Beerus' blast too perhaps?).

So it looks like we could be getting a mid/after credits scene? That's awesome. Hopefully it will set up something for the future!

Here I thought the wait was going to get easier but I guess that's not the case anymore.Ryūsei Nakao wrote: As Freeza’s concerned, you could say he “loses the battle, but wins the war”.
Stay in your seats when the ending credits start to roll, and keep watching until the very end.
I knew we would get some hint but it looks like we're going to get a lot more then that which shows that this story is only a small part of a bigger picture.
If we're going to start getting big cliffhangers then hopefully we'll get 1 movie per year.

Now that we know Freeza will lose the final battle who do you think it'll be against ? my $$$ is on Vegetables.

I have a bad feeling that this movie will feel more kiddy.
Freeza was a very evil villain.
Killing lots of innocent people and children too.
Now that we are in the return of modern DBZ I can't see Freeza brutally killing people.
Thats probably why they wont have Goten and Trunks in this movie.
Freeza would logically kill them in an instant for his enjoyment which they cant show.

Re: Official On-Going DBZ 2015 Movie Thread: "Resurrection '
“Loses the battle, but wins the war” makes me think of Freeza blowing up the planet after being defeated by Goku and Vegeta, but I'm already fairly convinced that Whis will use his powers to undo that in this movie...hmmm. Things just got a whole lot more interesting. And now I'm at a crossroads where I don't mind having the movie spoiled, but with the post-credits scene I'm not so sure.
Monday looks set to be a lot more exciting than I previously anticipated (and it was already pretty exciting!).

I hope they are working on a home video and UK wide cinema release. It's encouraging that they've said something - to be fair, they were very quick to announce the home video release of BoG after FUNi's announcement last year.BlackCatScott wrote:I tweeted Manga UK last night, and they've replied with this: https://twitter.com/MangaUK/status/581040542655594496
Not sure what to make of it, but interesting I guess that they put a dot at the start of the tweet so that all of their followers can see. I don't know, it's just something.

I think it kind of that sucks RoF is back to yelling and punching because some millenials didn't think that Battle of Gods was DBZ enough.MasterVampire wrote:I have a bad feeling that this movie will feel more kiddy.

Agreed. I think they were keen to release Battle of Gods in cinemas, but it just never happened. I hope they're working with 20th Century FOX or whoever they need to work with pretty closely so that we get some sort of cinematic release here - even if it is just limited.DBZ_Lee wrote:I hope they are working on a home video and UK wide cinema release. Fingers crossed we get at least a week of screenings across the country.BlackCatScott wrote:Agreed. I think they were keen to release Battle of Gods in cinemas, but it just never happened. Didn't Goku just absorb that blast?dbgtFO wrote:More hints at Freeza not dying in this movie.

Goku said he didn't know what happened so absorbing it is just speculation on our part.CM101Play wrote:Didn't Goku just absorb that blast?

The first thing Freeza does upon arriving on earth is vaporize the entirety of East City with a Death Beam.MasterVampire wrote:I have a bad feeling that this movie will feel more kiddy.

Yeah.DBZ_Lee wrote: Fingers crossed we get at least a week of screenings across the country.
I'm in the North East but would be prepared to travel if necessary to see it. I think if they do it, it will be limited. I could never picture a mass-cinema release across the country or anything. Just a few screenings I'd be fine with!

It would be criminal if there were no screenings of the movie in London. If there was was place where Dragon Ball Z could get some mainstream movie steam from, it's good old London.BlackCatScott wrote:Yeah.DBZ_Lee wrote: Fingers crossed we get at least a week of screenings across the country.

The second link has downloads with the above artwork available as iPhone/Android backgrounds, so that's kinda fun.
