Yeah, Veku farted with sound effects written in Japanese. If they had cut that out though, I would give up on Cartoon Network forever.

Well with the Dictator scenes, I can understand. (And really didn't think they were gonna stay anyway) But why not Romeo and Juliet? They've been goofed on in various cartoons.

Though someone on Toonzone say it may have been because of religious undertones. Which I really don't recall at all..
Like I said, I think it might have been just for time. Similar how back in the day they cut out some things from the Tenchi OAV for time and not for content. Had it been in a 90 minute block, they probably wouldn't have cut so much.

It was left in actually, though it was somewhat cropped out. Not sure wether that's because FUNimation zooms in slightly or if that was censorship. Did anybody happen to record it? Screen cap maybe?

You seem to forget that this is the same network that airs a cartoon where a monkey likes to mention doing things to his own rear end, such as buttering it. >__>

I was joking, of course. It's just that this special presentation of movie 12 was toned down way too much that I find no point in watching it again. And I fell really sorry for first time viewers that they have to watch a horrendously-cut product....dubbed.

Well, its not just Cartoon Network; even the FUNi DVDs suck too. Remember movie 8 with Broli's green blood? If he suffering from the same disorder Piccolo did in the early episodes of the series?

Do you mean movie 10? Because in movie 10, in the uncut version, when Broli's heart explodes, his blood's green. I have the fansub. No excuses. :P

I already have the DVD, so I didn't bother to watch. And judging from everyone's posts, I'm sure glad as hell that I made this choice. It sounds like the editing was worse than I expected.

I tried my best to get the exact same frames, again I did this quick. Anyway, yea the blood does have a greenish color to it, though I'm sure that's only because he's about to get blasted through the sun. :roll:

EDIT:
This came out the other end of the sun after Broli went through it.
