Really you got a Toshiba for that price? I hate the U.S.! Things are just too cheap there! It's not right! :( Well, I guess I've been proven wrong. I guess technology just gets cheaper faster nowadays.

You've never seen those vans with the built-in stepladders then, have you? Kind of like an airplane.

And when I say cheap ones, I'm talking about those brands made from companies you've never heard of that you buy at Wal-Mart or the grocery store, yes the grocery store. I actually didn't think the technology was already seven years old though. I thought it was just five years at most. *sigh* Shows how much I know about technology. Once again Liam, I am humbled by your superior "smarts" in that area. :P And how did you know that my Chinese birth sign was rabbit?! Eh?! :x
Those brands are often identical to many name players in the price bracket above. Not the Sonys, but the Aiwas and similar. Supermarkets can sell them cheap because, well, they sell everything cheap.

DVD players have been around since at least 1997, and I'd wager 1996. Apparently, they are the fastest selling electronic entertainment...thingy. By half way through this year, they will officially be ubiquitous. I'm not sure how they qualify that (I assume it's something like 95% of all houses). By contrast, it took VCR players twice as long to become ubiquitous.

And of course I knew that your Chinese brith sign was rabbit. That's why I said it. Obviously. Yes.

Guess not, but I don't see why a van would need one. "UGH, can't ... lift leg ...need .. mul ...ti ... ple .... steps ...tooo get... in ... ... to .... VAN ..."

It'd seem more practical for these trucks and SUVs that require their own air space to been driven. But mind you, I live in Greeley Co., a cow town with country type folk. It's in their heritage to drive oversized everything. :P

I woulndn't mind owning a mini! I think those are the coolest little cars, a parallel parking dream come true! But I can only imagine my corpse if I happened to get hit by one of these trucks or SUVs. Maybe I'll move to England and live with Liam, then my dream will have come true of ... owning a mini. *sigh* Their cars are tiny, and I wouldn't have to worry about someone backing up over me while pulling out of a Wal-Mart parking space.

I am a nerd. Plus, it is my degree. Sort of.

Also, I hate to brake it to you, but not everyone in England drives a Mini. Outside of Michael Kane, I don't know a single person.

Also, I can't help but notice that a man is drooling at me. Not that I'm flattered, but it is a bit scary.

You know Michael Kane?

OMG!!!!111

And you can't fool me. All brits drive the mini, eat fish and chips, have bad teeth, and say, "good da' governa."

Who's Michael Kane? Is he very famous? I've never heard of him. Or was he a friend of yours and Psy's? Now I've heard of Micheal Caine, but not this other Micheal. :? :P

And I know it's not a romantic interest M-Vegeta! It's called being sarcastic. 8)

Damnit. Yes, it's "Caine". I was thinking of biblical epics, for some reason.

According to the Eyewitness Guide To Great Britain (which is apparently the most respected guide of it's kind in the world), all Brit's stop for afternoon tea at 3 o clock. ALL OF THEM!

Actually, none of them. At least, no-one I know. Yes, we do drink tea, but, well, in the same way and at the same time you'd drink anything else. We don't stop dead, retire to our dining rooms, and enjoy afternoon tea and scones.

It's funny, with the way the study puts it, you'd think that is exactly what you all do. :?
