Oh shoot dude! If the blue hair is a thing, I guarantee there's going to be a lot of youtube videos of Broly being the true SSJ God. Good catch SSJ God Gogeta!

I actually wasn't a fan of the idea of their hair being blue, but I really do like how Broly looks in that image. I'm sure whatever Toriyama does will grow on me. Although, the skinny design of SSJ God still doesn't make sense to me. I can understand the god ki, massive pupils, and rigid hair bangs because it's basically Goku being super charged by the other Saiyans, but I never understood the "in-universe" explanation for the slimming down. This isn't part of a debate, it's just a "disclosure."

Except anyone with any sense of which colors work well together and which dont

If the point is to redo the Namek arc then it does.

Goku loses in base then out of nowhere he transforms and takes Freeza down.

There's so much more he could do so hopefully this isn't the case.

Not really. They both have it. And that they both have it seems to me that perhaps I was correct about them working together to take Freeza down.

My gripe with these forms, if they're real, is that they don't exactly strike me as "more powerful." Golden hair and aura better represent an ascension or level of increase than blue, which just makes me think they now have ice powers. I suppose SSJG was even worse, but I figured that form wouldn't appear again after it was absorbed--leading to Goku relying on his base form--which is why it had such a simple design. Creating another transformation that also appears weaker than a regular SSJ? Terrible. Truly terrible.

I can only hope it a) looks better on the big screen or b) is fake.

That all said, you gotta love the irony if they're legit: Frieza ascended to a new golden form from his old blue one. Goku ascended to a new blue form after initially defeating Frieza with a gold one.

As a professional graphic designer, I don't approve that magenta hair at all - end of discussion.

But, orange goes well with blue

Honest open question though: why are some people so dead-set on not having a "repeat of what happened on Namek" with this movie... but fine with a repeat of what happened on Namek so long as it starred Vegeta?

I mean there are so many posts I've seen decrying an idea as "stupid" had Goku done it, but were fine with the idea of Vegeta having done the precise and exact same thing.

SSJ2 shouldn't have even been a thing, honestly.

It should have been Gohan's special transformation, and that's it, no more SSJ ascensions for him or anybody else (even if SSJ3 looks really cool).
