Nah, games like Dragon Ball Heroes only move accordingly to what happen in the franchise. Heroes would never create a new form out of nowhere and for nothing.
Except, technically, SSJ4 Broly. Sure that he is the only other full-blooded Saiyan strong enough to turn Super Saiyan 4, but still :?

The only form Heroes has made up so far is Super Paikuhan. The others aren't completely new forms in the same vein as "Super Saiyan 5" or "Super Human 3". It's just the result of previous characters utilizing abilities they already displayed or have access to.
Direct translations of the Korean DB Online timeline and guidebook.

Well, I forgot about some that are indeed created out of nowhere, like Super 17 being able to absorb, but pratically all other could happen in the anime/manga.

Point stands. He already is getting a big role seemingly and is as powerful as Goku. He's lucky he even has that. He's also very likely to get shining moments. So people should be happy Vegeta has that, and not be disappointed when likely it's Goku & Vegeta saving the day.
Why Dragon Ball Consistency in something such as power levels matter!

Heya guys I'm new here, btw is it just me or the 2nd trailer of FnF at 0:47-0:49 looked a lot like Vegeta and Frieza clashing? u know with the blue aura since the latest trailer kinda showed Goku having white aura + I rewatched it a lot of times and bit by bit I'm seeing Vegeta in there.
