I knew that, Oda recently added a heal-heal fruit into his manga and just a couple of days later, I found One Piece fanfiction WITH THE SAME DAMN IDEA. It just annoys me that such people like Toriyama and Oda use such kind of ideas in their works.

I doubt Toriyama and Oda, pay zero attention to what ides fan-fic writers come up with. Hell, Toriyama didn't even watch the Dragon Ball anime. What chance do you think there is that he's been scouring through fan fictions and picking out ideas from them?

Yeah, but come on, couldn't they come up with more original ideas... Like seriously... Heal-heal fruit? Blue recolour of SSJ God or better SSJ itself? This is not even serious. This is something which comes from a lot of fanfictions, not something which should be in official series.

I agree if that Goku figure is real.

I'm OK with it on Vegeta but Goku ? Yellow then Red and now Blue ? changing the hair color once is hard enough to accept but now twice ? we're going into fan fic territory if this is true cause chances are each movie he'll be getting a new color.

However the poster has him in red so more then likely this is a mistake or fake...then again heroes is teasing a new Goku form so maybe this is true but hopefully not.

I was okay with red SSJ Goku, but this is too much recolor/palette swap, laziness, redunancy, or whatever what you want to call it. I've already seen different variations of blue SSJ/base Goku's in fanarts (http://i.imgur.com/NrqPEB3.jpg) and in Fanfics such as Dark SSJ Goku (http://i.imgur.com/Z6dbXhf.png) for many years now. I don't need to see it in official material though.

You have to consider this. One Piece and Dragon Ball are such long running very popular series people are literally going to throw every kind of cliche or variation or twist into an existing idea/concept you can think of into fanfic/fanart. That's why SSJG Goku or heal heal fruit doesn't bother me. Its been explored before already whether Oda or Toriyama are aware of it or not.

The only canon "green" Saiyan is Bardock... Which leads me to wonder if ever he gets a Super Saiyan God or "Saiyan beyond god" form, his hair would be green-ish? Come on, this is not Power Rangers or My Little Pony.

I think most of us confuse the forms of recent god issue from BOG... so I've made up these:
Saiyan God form: Is Goku's form which makes him slim, gives him darker skin tone, changes his hair colour into a red one, and generates flame-like aura...

Super Saiyan God: This is the case of Goku from BOG when transforms into a SSJ againt Beerus without realizing it... It simply means that Goku has God power absorbed and takes the look of a Super Saiyan.

Mystic Saiyan God form: I call it mystic because it doesn't change Goku's appearance, but allows Goku to have all his God powers in Base (it's arguably a Gohan imitation but it describes Goku’s current condition from FnF the best)....

Probably not. He doesn't have green hair as SSJ4, but has a green aura.

Super Saiyan God Broly..... yeah, pretty sure that would be enough for me to quit Dragon Ball.

I am almost sure, that we'll see it in Dragon Ball Heroes. Guess he needs Turles, Paragus, King Vegeta, Raditz and Nappa to make happy happy circle with him.

Seriously though, these new forms are just so... lazy. The excitement for new forms in the original manga/anime was because they were different and unique most of the time.

Assuming the toys are of the forms in the movie then I have to say that I'm not happy with this. I mean of all the people to give a new transformation/power-up it's the two strongest protagonists, who were already way ahead of the others. I have no doubts that I'll enjoy the movie for what it is, but I fear that this is becoming a two man series, because it's not like there's going to be another 1000 Freeza grunts just so the other less popular protagonists can have a proper fight so, they'll probably just get one-shotted just to showcase the next antagonist in the later movies.

What if the idea was that Super Saiyan God was not completely achieved in BOG, for example due to one of the members just being a foetus.
It's almost as if it was supposed to be blue (blue aura, perhaps blue straight hair falling down, even blue eyes for a split second) and immediately fell back to a midway status.

Of course, Toriyama doesn't think that far ahead, but it could be that he's been inspired by watching what it looked like when seeing BOG.
Then again, all of him is actually blue due to the aura for a split second... But those blue aura and sparkles to begin with, which are not seen again. Really seems to indicate that the true God energy would be blue under normal circumstances.

That would be awesome and i think people would complain less if that were the case.

How is red in between yellow and blue though? Doesn't even work visually. If anything it should've been green in BOG in that case.

I agree. Remember that in the original trailer of BoG, Goku's aura was blue but they changed to red in the movie.
