I'm just really exhausted. Exhausted from all the complaining about everything. It feels like fans wouldn't be happy no matter what. If he just went SSJ1, 2 or 3 then fans would be upset that it was the same old thing. If he went SSJ God, fans would be upset that it was SSJ God again because they didn't like that form in the first place because it was skinny and just a "copy" of Kaioken. Fans would complain if Freeza looked more like Cooler's form because it looked like Cooler's form. If Freeza had gotten a power up similar to the way Guru gave one to Gohan then fans would complain about that. If Freeza got stronger from training for 20 years in the afterlife fans would be upset he was able to train in the afterlife... even though it would make up for the 4 months thing being too short. If Toriyama had made SSJ 5 fans wouldn't like it becaus it's just "another super saiyan form again!" If Gohan was the hero of this film, fans would complain it wasn't Vegeta and want him to finally get to beat the bad guy. If Vegeta beats the bad guy fans will complain it makes no sense for him to be strong enough to do so. If Jaco wins, fans will just complain it was Jaco. If Goku wins fans will say Goku always wins. If Roshi fights, then it doesn't make sense. If Roshi doesn't fight, then how come those "weaker" characters can't ever get a moment to shine anymore?!

Honestly, I think some fans are just too used to the way Dragon Ball was for so long that they just can't accept or handle new things to the series. There's only so many new things that can happen or be done and if you really think you have better ideas... just be aware that whatever they are if Toriyama had done them tons of fans would be complaining about your brilliant alternatives as well.

Well, I gotta go to work very soon, so I'll probably miss all the spoilers when they are first given but after skimming through the last ten pages or so, it's obvious I missed nothing important other than arguments. :wink:

Hopefully someone gets a pic of the new form.

Now that the movie started lets give our predictions :

Vegeta will be the one who defeats Freeza.

We'll get a look at the next movie's villain.

New form? Apart from Freeza, who are we talking about here? There's been nothing said officially anywhere that we're getting another Saiyan form, or even a reprisal of God.

Him getting his behind kicked doesn't mean he won't deal enough damage to Freeza that'll enable Vegeta to finish him.

Nope that would be a shitty ending for my part, its ok if Vegeta finishes it but if Goku finishes it almost every vegeta fans riot, srsly Goku is the main hero Vegeta's character is on par with Gohan and Piccolo but he gets more than what he deserves, I'd rather have Gohan become the hero than Vegeta, it just doesnt feel right.
