The most sense that I can make of it if that Freeza destroys Earth and they teleport out at the last second kind of like what happened in the Buu saga? And maybe that's where the holding hands thing comes from.

I probably shouldn't speculate based on Google Translate, especially since we'll have an official summary soon, but it would appear the 'Blue Saiyan' is just the absorbed Super Saiyan God form, and it's only blue to symbolise the fact that it's absorbed. At least, that's what it appears someone on 2ch is saying. Take this with a pinch of salt.

I'm calling it the Blueper Saiyan.

Hm that's believable then. So there's no outright "new" transformation, by absorbing the power it's just a complete/permanent version of SSJG.
