It's not like this is a big issue, and it's not, but he's not free to ignore the "over 1 million" of Freeza's second form. No matter how hard someone tries to sugarcoat it, this number makes absolutely no sense if it's in the same system we're accustomed to.

If Goku can stack these other forms on top of SSJ God like SSJ with the same boost. Then Goku could have one shotted Freeza. If we're told that SSJ2/3 no longer have the effect of stacking or that blue SSJ is the only achievable form. I'll be fine.

Good for it. The manga also used to say that Vegeta had a power level of 20,000 after Zarbon beat him up.
Toriyama controls the in-universe aspects of his series. Assuming this new level is real, he's free to do whatever he wants.

I suppose this solidifies the theory that I saw here a long time ago that after a certain point, the stronger a character is, the more condensed and numerically small the battle powers become. Pretty sure that was Herms.

Even so, you can even ignore the guide books and getting super in depth with trying to figure out exactly how powerful people are and still EASILY blow that number out of the water with basic math from official stats given at the time. I mean shit even if Goku didnt get any stronger whatsoever from the time he got to namek he had a power level of 180,000 with a simple kaioken. A Kaioken X20 would put him at 1.8 million right there.
