It if isn't for the new fans, then Dragon Ball wouldn't continue to be as relevant as it is. Don't act as if you are a superior to new fans of Dragon Ball just because you have been a fan for longer than they have. They will always be people who haven't heard to Dragon Ball and then became invested into it and become "new" fans of the franchise. They shouldn't be treated as the scapegoat for Dragon Ball being censored at times.

I'm not acting superior, I just said the true. Pretty sure there was more old fans go see BOG in theatres than new fans.
Just like there is more old fans buying home consoles DBZ games than new fans. Old fans shouldn't have the series they love being censored, because of the children nowadays.

Old fans were kids back then too and watch little blood, here and there, didn't cause any problem.
Goku's death, Tenshinhan unarmed, Krillim impaled, Babidi's death, etc, we grew up watching scenes like these and I couldn't feel greater.

All the other movies had blood when the scene needed and it was fine.

It's worked great for Rockstar Games so there's no reason why it won't for others.

Look what happened with the recent batgirl comic cover,a few people complained and Dc cancelled it which is why this keeps happening.

If these companies would stop paying attention to these people they'll eventually go away but as things stand now it's only going to get worse.

This was stated a few days ago first with the picture of the mini figures and yesterday (If I'm not wrong, I think he stated it way before, but just confirmed it being like the color of some fanart yesterday...) by Kei, so its legit.

Not always though. We see bloody episodes, but we also see episodes where they are to shy to show a fake decapitated human, even though it's clearly shown in the previous episode, where he was supposed to be real...

It clearly is censored a lot, compared to manga, (For example in manga Whitebeard had half of his head being blown away in the fight), yet it still had a lot of blood in most of arcs.

I remember it was said somewhere that Horikawa (Vegeta's voice actor) liked the Blue version for Vegeta in a panel or something (I can be wrong though)... so maybe thats why it is blue?....

So, I guess after all fans expecting him either to show us red SSJ God again, or saiyans fighting in base/simple SSJ, he made them change their color into blue by going SSJ in SSJ God or whatever it was.
