That's why I'm stuck on Vegeta. Keep playing that same quest and waiting for the item to drop. I've beat that quest to here and back and gotten what feels like every other available reward but the one I need to give to him. ^^;

Will update if I/when I(?) get it.

I remember, I spent a WEEK grinding for "I'm the Strongest on Earth!!" to the point where I eventually quit Vegeta's training. Then I tried leveling my female Saiyan one day and I eventually just did that quest again for the hell of it to help her level up... That's when it dropped.

The moment I quit, the moment I got that Z-Soul. I swear, the RNG gods are such trolls.

I see the number '75' as being the best place to stop being tossed around on various sites, so what I would recommend doing is taking that notion and applying it to places you feel would be most beneficial to your play style. That's what I've done with mine now and it seems to be working out pretty great.

That's actually what I'm trying to do with my female Saiyan, because she needs Basic Attack points BAD. Seriously Dimps why the f**k give a female Saiyan the lowest basic attack power in the game (the same applies to Males and their Supers) when Saiyans are BUILT around combat? As one person said, "Saiyans are basically nerfed Earthlings."

You can (could) escape Ultimate Skills with Evasive skills?! So is that why everyone keeps using IT in Player VS Player battles?! Those bastards they played me!

You just learned about this? I practically do it all the time in PvE let alone PvP. *ahem* Anyway, yes you can escape Ultis with an Evasive Skill and one good one that a lot of people (myself included) use is Armored Boost from DLC Pack 1.

Strange, I got that z soul VERY early in the game (I think even before I got vegeta as a mentor)

Am I the only one noticing that a lot of people's characters are now sporting Blue hair.... To bad you can't change your character's hair color, otherwise I would join them!

The RNG was frustrating, but I initially didn't have too hard of time. But lately it's been brutal for me and this has been after the patches. I've been grinding for the top half of Broli's clothes for the last 3 days and haven't had any luck. I'm getting an ultimate finish every time, but get absolutely nothing to drop.

Oh, and does anyone think they get rid of the time limit in online battles, or at least extend them? At the very least they should extend the time to 15 mins. 3 mins is ridiculously short, especially if the players are really battling and not trying to spam.

I have begun the slow grind of trying to get outfit items and skills I didn't have yet to drop, and I'm glad DLC pack 2 is just around the corner, cuz...I dunno how long I can just grind for stuff continually without getting it for an extended period of time. @_@ Even with the drop rate increased a bit by the patches, Nappa is now refusing to drop his armor. Grr. Especially considering there's a very real chance he'll just drop one of the pieces I already have.

...Does wearing the pieces of an outfit you've already got increase chances of it dropping the next pieces you'd need? Or perhaps bringing along the character in question that you'd like to drop some stuff?

Well, the blue and gold aura found near Golden Freeza's aura in the Xenoverse data is the exact same as the version used in Heroes for Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan. I think it's pretty safe to say we're getting something related to the form at this point. Just a matter of waiting for announcements.

Honestly at this point after farming so many freaken DBs (and getting Shenron to hate me) I just use a Save Editor now to give me the full set. Not that it matters because I only use them to reset stats and change appearances. Unlocked everything else from wishing the old fashioned way.

Also, I made a little rant on the Dragonball Z - Games FB page on their compatibility patch post. Don't know if it was the right place or if they'll even pay attention, but I just felt the need to do so. If someone could point me to a better place to post this that would be great...though I doubt they'll listen. Spoiler tagged because it's a freaken long rant.

Well these updates are getting closer to what people want/need. Now let's get some patches that fix balance even just a little bit. Some examples...

Rework genders and races: Dimps had the right idea with making each race specialize with something, but how they made it work doesn't exactly match what the font says when first making a character. Saiyans are a big victim of this one. "Low Health, but High Attack Power." Not exactly false per say, but hardly true either. Male Saiyans have the highest Basic Attack and the 4th highest health so they follow the concept fairly well (though they could use better abilities). Female Saiyans, on the other hand, do not. Lowest health and lowest basic attack out of all races/genders and only the 2nd strongest Strikes/Ki Blasts. It basically makes playing a female Saiyan pointless because Earthlings (male and female) can play the same role and do it so much better. Oh, and having Super Saiyan DOES NOT help one bit.

Rework Super Saiyan forms: If Dimps made Saiyans the way they are because they can go Super Saiyan (2), that's fine. Just make it actually worth using. What's so sad about the Super Saiyan forms is that they not only promotes skill spam use due to their 0 ki cost buff, but the stat boosts you gain from the transformation are absolutely terrible. SSJ2 gives a 5% boost in Basic Attacks and Strikes. The regular Kaio-Ken gives you a 10% boost in all attack stats. Not only is the boost difference between SSJ and SSJ2 hardly worth the extra drain (3% increase max), but the fact that Kaio-Ken gives you MORE attack power is flat out ridiculous. Instead of making Super Saiyan a cheap way to spam broken ki blasts, how about we get a transformation that actually acts like what a Super Saiyan is and makes playing a Saiyan more worthwhile.

Buff/Nerf Skills: We have a great selection of skills to choose from for our CaCs, and that's amazing. What's not amazing is how some are a bit broken and some are a bit underpowered. Death Ball, an Ultimate Ki Blast belonging to Freeza, is what many considered to be a bit overpowered. Even though people have learned to counter it, there are those who can still abuse it. On the other hand, we have Hyper Drain, a Strike Super that absorbs both ki and stamina from your target and adds to your own. Hard to get and great effect, but terrible strength for a skill that's supposed to be the best of its kind. Drain Charge and Super Drain take and give 3 bars of ki and stamina respectively. Hyper Drain take and gives 1 bar of ki and stamina. Even together that's lower than what you can get from the other two skills making this skill completely worthless. So yeah, buff and nerf skills that need it.

These are just a few examples of what a patch or two can accomplish in the future. If you really are paying attention to the fans who love this game, than do more than just release patches that fix one or two Z-Souls, because those aren't helping one bit.

Dragon Ball defies logic constantly, so that fact doesn't really surprise me.
