What about God Super Saiyan? It is shorter than the current given name while it works as a shift of SSG.

Assuming "Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan" is what sticks/remains official, I don't see the problem with using that specific description to refer to the "new" form. A little long winded, sure, but it's not atrocious. I'd prefer to use that terminology over a fan-created name any day of the week. "Blueper Saiyan", while humorous, doesn't have a good ring to it, and "Super Cyan" has already been retired.

Just as long as something's pretty to look at, I'm not very picky with designs. And this, like SSJG and unlike G. Freeza, is pretty to look at, so I'm fond of it. The aura seems like the flame one from SSJG (but blue this time) with SSJ2+'s electricity. I think this one is the last transformation ever. It seems clear to me Toriyama's objective: he doesn't want Goku's most iconic designs (base, SSJ) to become useless and weak in favor of more extravagant designs like SSJ2 and SSJ3, and he doesn't want to get rid of one in favor of the other, he wants to keep both of them as part of Goku's character; but he couldn't just boost base and SSJ's power like that with no reason why the other transformations couldn't have increased power as well, so that's what SSJG is there for. The transformation can be awful premise-wise (and it is), but it's pretty to look at for me, and looks like it'll be the last in the series and to that I say: 'bout time.

As a fan of puns, I like blueper saiyan, but I'm so used to typing saiyajin that for the long term I'm going with super saiyajin blue.

I reason that the way Gokû explains ssjblue, it can co-exist with regular ol' ssjg, and I'm ok with that.

I wonder if dumping ssj3 also had to do with the glut of them thanks to Heroes?

I like the design, but I don't think this needed to even exist. I was totally okay with them axing all transformations and just having them fight in base from now on with maybe regular SSJ sticking around as a small boost or to shut fans up.

It's literally just Super Saiyan enfused with God Ki. Not a new form. It needs no new name, it doesn't even have one in-movie. The title is attached for branding purposes only. You don't need to call it anything other than Super Saiyan.

Tbh I think it's growing on me (I knew it would lol), I agree the name could've been better and I hope they do come up with something better but oh well it's a name I guess , pretty much gets abbreviated to SSGSS anyway in the forums like the other ones . But yeah Saiyan God for the red form and Super Saiyan God for this form would've worked better .
The powerup scene was fresh , and new , he didn't go completely mad , powered up but had a nice cocky and calm look . Vegetas in the trailer seemed more anger/rage fueled but they're both pretty different in that aspect anyway .
I'd have to give it 7.5.-8 outta 10 after seeing this tranformation vid

I can't imagine how powerful Goku or the others could be, they could use that power to battle the others Gods Of Destruction

It doesn't really make sense he could swap in-and-out between yellow and blue hair if he fully absorbed the godly powers whatever. And visually it would just be a mess. They already need to come up with a good excuse why the hair wasn't blue at the end of BOG. As much as I don't like blue, I hope they stick with it for SSJ transformations for Goku/Vegeta from now on. Having blonde pop up randomly again would just be confusing.

I don't know, for me just for the sake of differentiate the types of Ki... But yeah I agree that would be kinda messy.

I still think that Stable SSJG is better name, people though about "Saiyan Beyond God" but isn't confirmed that this new form have the same powers of a SSJG? So is not really something beyond in power terms.

It is. Basically is Super Saiyan God transformed into Super Saiyan. So, yes... It has a power beyond the regular Super Saiyan God.

So you're saying that after Goku became a God he kept the same power with no changes at all? I though that he couldn't absorb 100% of SSJG power just 40% or something like that and with this new "Blue SSJG" he could use and control this power 100% to his own.

So, what's the next color? White? Silver?

I'm not really seeing why a new color is a huge dealbreaker for a lot of people. It's not like a powerup where someone's hair randomly turns blonde was any less outlandish.

Blonde is a natural color compared to blue/cyan. And the lore-background along with introduction was handled much better. Here we have "oh yeah, my hair just turned blue, lets fight!".

Yeah, just this... Is not like we're bitching about the blue hair is just that blonde hair still fits better.

So is the Volume F an actual manga drawn by Toriyama or just a cover for "movie guide" styled after old manga covers?

It almost feels like Toriyama is just trolling the entire fanbase to make them as upset as possible after whatever complaints he received about his decisions for BOG lol.

What is something pretty sad indeed, it shows that he don't like to take the series as serious and passionate thing like we fans do.
