Haha, my Namekian character Cello is in the review on 9:21 mark. I created other character for the first time, Namekian, named him Cello and put a Piccolo clothes on him :lol:

You do realize that they would have to make two additional hairstyles for each base hairstyle and tie them to the Super Saiyan/Super Vegeta skills. I'm sure the process would not only be time consuming, but difficult to pull off and make the CaC transformations buggy.

I finally got one of the two drops I've been grinding for (Gokû hair :3 ) earlier today and so I've decided to try some more to get that other drop to continue Vegeta's route.

They did it for Dragon Ball Online, it's only a matter of imagination for designing the hair styles and coding each one into its own separate type, yes it's time consuming but it's better looking and pleaisng to the fans than the example above.

I noticed that when you use an ultimate or super skill going into a cutscene it renders the skill useless. I used to transform into Super Vegeta right before the enemy arrived to save ki and now when I do that it just cancels it, same for everything else.

One of the differences between XV and DBO is that XV also applies physics to the hair models of the transformations. DBO's hair, on the other hand, was always static. There's also the issue that they would need to tie one hairstyle to 4 transformation hairstyles due to the fact that our CaCs can use both Super Saiyan (2) and Super Vegeta (2).

Super Saiyan shouldn't be any different from Super Vegeta in terms of appearance. (Unless you make Super Vegeta give you Vegeta's hair...I want that now)

Right. There isn't any difference in hair style between SSJ and SV. They're cosmetically the same. The only difference is gameplay wise with SSJ boosting Strike Skills more and SV boosting Ki supers more. Beyond that there's no differentiation in how Hair changes. Also I don't find hair to move in XV either. It's pretty static. I don't see hair waving or moving in the slightest and it doesn't really change at all when transforming except color wise.

Essentially XV is just unfinished. DBO had 7yrs in development and I think XV had like 2yrs. So there's a large difference between the amount of time that went into DBO and what went into XV. Which also had to do with scale since DBO is an MMO and has a wide open world, whereas XV has limited, enclosed zones. Really, it does just feel unfinished. Looking at char-creation it looks like we were supposed to have a lot more options for hair and face models, but they just weren't included and I can't help but feel that they've either been walled off for DLC purposes or if they had to be abandoned due to time constraints.

I, for one, would've thought that like how we unlock characters through story mode, and can acquire skills through mentors and PQ's, that once we unlocked them, that we'd unlock their Hair/Face models as well. Instead we get shafted with a few Wigs.

I still wish that Cui made it into the game since DBO has him with green Time Breaker stone. They could have done a Namek saga story chapter set before the Ginyu saga story chapter in a alternate 762 where Cui kills Vegeta after getting the green Time Breaker stone, Zarbon and Dodoria end up killing Gohan and Kuririn after they both got a dark power up by the Time Breakers.

Xenoverse doesn't deal with the TIme Breaker "stone" things, just the fiend spell that's in Towa and Demigra's arsenal. They're mostly doing their own thing for the actual story points though, so they don't have to cover all the characters that were possessed in DBO, though it would have been nice. I think they ultimately skipped over Ozaru Gohan, Kyui, Dodoria, Zarbon's forms and the Ginyu Frog. We didn't get masked Bardock either, but we did get him possessed as a Super Saiyan in his original costume...

It's an assumption for now, yes. The portrait is in the games files and we've gotten almost all the others so far as I can remember. So I'm kinda expecting him in the next set of PQs, which will likely revolve around Freeza and Saiyans.

I've seen Super Saiyan Bardock in the main game, one of the parallel quests has him transform as part of the Ultimate Finish conditions. Never seen him transformed and possessed though.
