SSJ4 Trunks, and SSJ Nappa
Right, I know Trunks never reached SSJ4 but some recent web surfing has led me to a few images that have brought up a question. What exactly do you think an SSJ4 Trunks would look like?
I've seen him with his normal color hair on his head and arms, with his normal color hair on his head and red hair on his arms, and with the black and red color scheme of Goku and Vegeta.
This is probably the only debatable SSJ form colorization since only Goku and Vegeta reached it and they already had black hair on thier heads.
As for SSJ Nappa... would he grow hair? Maybe not at SSJ but at least some fuzz at SSJ3 I'd think...
Thoughts, ideas?

<Kaboom> Neither does Rita
<Xyex> Good point.

Says who? I'm guessing you're going off the Bardock movie where he's shown with some hair ontop, but that doesn't prove anything. Male pattern baldness occurs gradually, and their's about 20 years between that movie and Nappa's first appearance in the series. The S wrote:Um... Nappa shaves his head, guys.

Reading several sites, including The Grand Line, it is apparent that he shaves his head by choice, as, remember, a Saiyan's hair never changes. And he is the only bald Saiyan we see, even after Vegeta gets up there in years...

Well, Veggie's hair does start to receed ever so slightly. Though you're right, his hair never reaches the sheer level of baldness as his bitchy dead sidekick. The S wrote:Reading several sites, including The Grand Line, it is apparent that he shaves his head by choice, as, remember, a Saiyan's hair never changes. Plus it's possible that Nappa took a mighty blast to the head like Recoom did. Remember that the planet that he, Vegeta and Radditz were on was too difficult for the three of them alone to conquer, which is why Radditz went to recruit Goku in the first place. Maybe he was only temporarily bald since it didn't have time to grow back in, and then Vegeta killed him. (I know a year went by, but remember that their pods put them in suspended animation)

This is true. In fact, the Bardock flashback in the manga only appeared in Jump after the special had aired on TV. Interesting, ain't it?Dai wrote:AHA! The Bardock Special was TOEI created, not Toriyama!!

Most people I know except it as Canon. Including myself. I even read somewhere that Toriyama-sama liked it very much.

If we're taking the Bardock special as "proof" that Nappa shaves his head (because we see him with hair, and a Saiyans hair never changes), then we also have to accept that Saiyans DO bald (since the Chibi Vegeta seen in the Bardock special clearly has a non-receeding hairline, unlike his regular series counterpart).
So using the Bardock special doesn't actually prove anything either way.

Listen to Liam on this folks. He's debated about hair on about a dozen threads on this point. He's become an expert.
In all seriousness though, I do agree with him.
