Out of curiosity, if I wanted to cheese most of the game by grinding in the Saiyan arc and doing the first eight Parallel Quests repeatedly, how long would it take me to get to level 85?

Days. Just grind Oozaru Festival, its PQ52 or 53

Good lord. That's like paying Pokemon Red/Blue and only leveling in the Viridian Forest.

I'm just waiting for the new parallel quests from Pack 2 because I'm sure those will give me a lot of EXP (maybe more than Pack 1's?)

Viridian Forest is amateur stuff. Real men get to level 100 on Route 1. My Blastoise, Pidgeot and Raticate will carry me to Elite 4!

But yeah, it's a classic RPG "tactic": Waste an ungodly amount of time in the first grindable area to max out your stats, then revel in the satisfaction as you steamroll the rest of the game.

What time does the PSN usually update? I read one post on another forum saying 3 PM PST was the norm.

That's about right. They aim for 2-3, but it can be as late as 8 sometimes. Hoping it's sooner rather than later. That's already around 5-6 my time.

Really wish they'd start all this stuff the day before and make everything ready to go live at midnight though. That way you can download it whenever you are available during the day. :/

To those that have DLC 2 already, what are the stats on Towa's clothes?

Well, if you kept grinding number five you might collect a few sets of Dragon Balls. With those you could wish for a few levels which could cut down the time slightly(I think it is only 1 level per wish or something?).

If you REALLY wanna power level a new character, take him to the DB mission with Broly. You dont even have to fight him, just grab the inital balls and complete the mission. You usually get a B rank but that alone is enough to shoot you up 10+ levels at a time. Do that 3-4 times then hop on over to Oozaru Festival where you can level up just as much. You can go from 1 to 85 in only a few hours.

DLC story complete. New moves in the shop are bought. Defeated the first new Parallel Quest and got a couple of of pieces from the new outfits as well as Si and San Xing Long's Evasive Skills...

The grinding begins....

I feel like thats what it is. Also, Played through DLC pack 1 and I can't complete any of the PQ for the life of me and I'm at lv 25. Am I just to low of a level? lol
