I just want to know. Why did you suddenly talk about Ghibli here? Did anyone say that this is the best animation they have ever seen?
I ask thou, WHY MUST IT BE ME?

A world without Dragon Ball is just boring.

Favourite old DB Animators: Masaki Sato and Tadayoshi Yamamuro

But Vegeta already had become a God in a flashback.

That 4 minute preview just blew me away. Please Manga UK, sort a limited cinema release out, otherwise, we may not see it until next year. Though I suppose I'll import the Japanese release on DVD like I did for BoG (I hope they do another CE to go alongside my BoG one).

You'd think in this day of computer generated imagery that things would have gone down in price. To an extant though they have gone up. Notice the shift in SPFX production. Much is being done in India these days to save money. Where will it all end. The only good thing will be local productions from those countries will benefit from the new talent brought into the industry and that's always a good thing...
You're probably right, some companies put more money in their own pockets and don't care too much about the animation like they used to do back in the days. But the action looks good, and the animation looks much better than what we previously got from new age DBZ.

Man, between this, Star Wars, Batman vs Superman, and Mad Max, I can't handle it, it's too much epicness @_@

Well I asked Cineworld and they told me to stay tuned, and someone asked Schemmel on twitter about when the UK release date is, he said he thinks the summer. Sounds promising.

Just sucks Batman v Superman is coming out in 2016, would have been an almost perfect year!

I can't help it, but Vegeta looks SO COOL in that form :o (I know, I sound like a kid lol)
And that 4-minute video...I'm amazed at how well they did this movie even without the more notable animators.

Frames per second doesn't define good animation. What are you even trying to say? Stylistically, comparing DBZ animation to Ghibli animation is a fool's errand.

Cineworld really said that? That's cool, I hope there's something in that! It would be my dream to watch DBZ in my local Cineworld (Boldon). I would probably go to every showing I could

I think the Schemmel tweet was just a typo, which he clarified after. It had initially got me excited!

Good to see, that the Goku with the very cyan hair colour isn't turning up in the movie and their blue hair is this darker, silverish blue(and just mid-dark blue with aura on?).

Great preview. it truly looks spectacular.

Can anyone confirm if Roshi says he's been training in the movie?

He doesn't. I admit it was a little strange to see them bring Roshi to the fight as opposed to someone like majin buu who is infinitely stronger. Then again, who cares it's just nice to see Roshi fighting.
