Official On-Going DBZ 2015 Movie Thread: "Resurrection 'F'"

Would a scenario like this have ever happened in the movie ?

If this was written by Toie :

Goku would be the only one training with Whis.
Goku would be the only one with the God power and Ssgssj.
Goku would be the one who defeats Freeza's men.
Goku would be the one who defeats and kills Freeza.

But with this being a Toriyama movie everyone gets to shine especially Vegeta.

Vegeta&Goku's new form will be released as DLC for Xenoverse alongside Freeza's golden form :

He defeated true form Freeza, he defeated Golden Form Freeza before Sorbet intervened and even if you think those two don't count for some reason, he still defeated Freeza when he killed him. This movie seems exactly like a Toei movie to me, not sure why are you all praising Toriyama for the script, it's exactly the same as everything else we've gotten and a major disappointment coming from the breath of fresh air we got with Battle of Gods.

If he was defeated then he would have reverted back to his 4th form however Goku was in control of the fight before Sorbet stepped in which led to Vegeta getting the spotlight by killing Sorbet and defeating Freeza which is said to have the best part of the movie's animation and is among the best moments of the entire series.

If things were up to Toie would they ever give something like that to Vegeta ? or any of the other moments he's gotten in these 2 movies such as surpassing Goku in BOG ?

Vegeta was just there for the fusion,he didn't have any memorable moments unlike Goku.

Goku killed Freeza after Vegeta defeated him which is something you would never have seen if Toie had their way.

And just like this movie, Goku took the stage for most of the fight, with Vegeta coming in to fight for like 5 minutes and that's it.

Freeza was defeated multiple times throughout the entire film, most of them were by Goku. Vegeta "defeating" (he didn't, he died) Freeza once out of the 4 times he was defeated in the film is nothing special. And in the second Cooler movie, Vegeta had a HUGE role in beating Cooler, so, yes, Toei has done so in the past.

That 4 minute preview just blew me away. Please Manga UK, sort a limited cinema release out, otherwise, we may not see it until next year. Though I suppose I'll import the Japanese release on DVD like I did for BoG (I hope they do another CE to go alongside my BoG one).

Well I asked Cineworld and they told me to stay tuned, and someone asked Schemmel on twitter about when the UK release date is, he said he thinks the summer. Sounds promising.

Man, between this, Star Wars, Batman vs Superman, and Mad Max, I can't handle it, it's too much epicness @_@

I did see the film. I don't see how it counts as a win for Vegeta if the fight concludes with Freeza killing him, then being undone, and Goku kills Freeza.

Metal Cooler's a joint victory for Goku and Vegeta.

I mean, if you count Metal Cooler, you have to attribute Recoome and Burter to Vegeta as well, and I doubt anyone here would do that.

I've talked to people who have seen it. Most of them say the same thing Doctor said, more or less.

Well the time reverse pretty much erased Vegeta dying, which essentially gives Vegeta the win in the fight between them. Yea he didn't kill him, but you don't have to kill somebody to win a fight.

Wow, that's pathetic.

It's easy to assume that without any sort of context. Seems to me that it's sarcastic, where Lord probably needs quotes around it.
