Different scenarios. The Vegeta fight had way more variables, and it's harder to attribute one person the victory, as if any of those variables were removed, the fight would have been lost.bubibartra wrote:

if Krillin, had killed Vegeta after the fight with Goku, Krillin is victory?
bettle against Vegeta in the saiyan saga was considered a victory of Goku but Goku was lying on the floor with all the broken bones and Vegeta could reach its capsule with its own means
In RoF, Vegeta's fight doesn't affect anything. If Vegeta loses, Goku's there, recently healed by a senzu, to defeat Freeza. If Vegeta had actually accomplished anything, then he might deserve some credit, but he didn't. Vegeta actually made the situation worse, as he pushed Freeza into blowing up the planet instead of KOing or killing him. Remove Vegeta from the equation, and nothing changes. Whis is still there to reverse time and give Goku another chance.
If anything, the victory should be shared between Goku and Whis. All Vegeta did was push an already overextended opponent to the breaking point, and getting himself and everyone else killed.
Except it's not. The fight ended with either Freeza blowing up Earth, or with Goku killing Freeza. In no scenario does Vegeta actually finish the fight.sintzu wrote:What else do you want me to say ? that's how the fight ended.Kamiccolo9 wrote:You have yet to actually engage in discussion with any of us, and are merely repeating the "Freeza was on his knees" thing over and over again.
