Actually there are much more to do... Dragon Ball Heroes does not even have all characters from the Dragon Ball franchise, there are still missing a lot. Not to mention a lot of what-if's they can create.

Evil Bardock must be shown with no mask / Super Saiyan Evil Bardock.
Super Saiyan God Vegeta.
Super Saiyan God and Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan Gogeta/Vegeto.
Golden Cooler (this is most unlikely, but who knows?).

Dragon Ball Heroes can even bring more characters from Dragon Ball Online. So... I'm perfectly happy, Heroes still have a path to follow up.

True plus introduced the first time ever Female Super Saiyan 4. God I can't wait to see if they would go with the established canon of that form that makes the user grow into an advance adult body. Adult Beat, Note, Erito, Viola, Bersaku and Forte. Can't wait to see those 6 at Super Saiyan 4.

That video of SSGSS Son Goku fighting alongside SSG Son Goku is so surreal lol. Less than 2 years ago, we were all going crazy over SSG and his Limit Break Kamehameha. Plus you know, God Kun and all! Now we have SSGSS form and God/Burst Kamehameha and we are all like "OMG!" (Well I know I am)

All Goku needs is Legendary SS form and he would be the "Definite Super Saiyan."

Yes. That's exactly why those forms would be cool to see in Heroes.

There is much that they can still tap on. Although I do believe they are going the Online/Xenoverse route for the next sets. Towa, Demigra, Naraka and Tao Pai Pai X could all be candidates.

Apart from that, and without going to what if options, the vast majority of "original" Dragon Ball has still been unused, I suspect it may be unpopular overall, since the gashapon series a few years back suffered from the same; a handful of early Dragon Ball figures and a ton of Z figures. That being said, I still hope for a set covering Daimao at least, maybe extend it for the 23rd Budokai.

Other than that, they could still use filler; Goz, Mez, Jadoushin; black water mist "demonic" versions of characters; the Annoyoichi Budokai fighters; not to mention that alternate 13 year old Trunks is still missing. They haven't brought Goku Junior and Vegeta Junior either. Yakon, God Guardon, Janenba base form (along with possibly a mini Janenba), Hoi maybe? Along with Tarble and Kyabira. Maybe even Shisami. On GT there's also Redict, Bra, Adult Body Baby and Papayaman.

Not to mention the many forms from past games. Budokai 2 being the most obvious.

If we're mentioning missing forms, along with Goku's "Power Stressed" form (be it Grade II or Grade III since they do not make the distinction), there's also the False Super Saiyan from Movie 4.

Yes it looks really cool, love the spikes sticking out of the sphere. Fingers crossed that Shisami gets a cool attack too, Tagoma got one its only fair he dose to.

I think Vegeta's will likely be a new Galick Gun or Final Flash, ether would be good. Then again Vegeta is the one who comes up with new moves all the time so you never know .

We don't even know is Shisami will be included in the game at this point. Chilled had both Tobi and Cavira as soldiers, and Cavira still isn't in the game. So skipping over a henchmen isn't an unprecedented event.

That would be a shame, however I think he will get in as unlike Tobi or Cavira, Shisami dose actually fight in the movie and dose enough to make himself stand out. Tobi only got in because A) every villain this game seems to need at least one henchman to help pad their mission out and B) his manga design looks cool and stands out while Cavira is almost just a palette swap of Kiwi.

Plus if Moa, FREAKING MOA of all people can get in then Shisami is almost certain to tern up sooner or later.

I'm not saying he'll never be an option. I'm just saying don't get your hopes up to see his attacks as if he were a guarantee for the next set. It could possibly take a while. Chilled is still waiting on Cavira, Babidi is still waiting on Yakon, etc. =P
