It does seem as though the "SSGSS" powerup from "God base" probably isn't a dramatic increase in power. It's a bit vague and confusing as to why they would need to transform after "God base" Goku in BoG kept up with Beerus. Even going Super Saiyan, it wasn't necessarily assumed there was any change in his power. More like a "NOW I'M SERIOUS!" visual representation. Even now I wonder what the point of pallette-swap Super Saiyan in context of the story. Just a new visual flair?

I don't think so. He wouldn't even have to ask since he should know Gohan is obviously stronger than first appearance First Form Freeza. I think he asked if he could beat the current First Form Freeza, which I think Gohan believed he couldn't.

Well going by power levels in the namek saga first form freeza had a PL of 530 k and final form freeza full power 120 mil.So that is roughly(rounding it up) 240 times more powerful.

So barring how much more powerful any god powerup is compared to the z fighters and apparently it seems that gohan got super weak,then its possible that first form freeza is above regular perfect cell perhaps?

Btw was gohan a ssj1 when he got defeated by freeza or base?

Still though maybe freeza doesnt have his second and third form,so it means that his first form has a much much larger chunk of his maximum power.

As for blue god form,well goku says ssj with the power of super saiyan god.That means he goes ssj and he has the power of his god form.So my best guess is its still a 6,ssj blue god is most likely a 6.

Well,most likely freeza proly ditched his second and third form,since he did say its forms he created,so considering how powerful his forth form is(well basically cos he didnt got one hit koed by base goku),id say his first form must be immensely powerful.

And IIRC goku after he lost his god form,while still retained some of its power did much more poorly than regular red goku did.

SO his blue state is proly him able to get the maximum power out of it without a time limit.So next step is simply training his base and his ssj god form will increase in power.

ALso from statements from the bog movie,red goku would most likely be a 7 not a 6 or a 6.7 or so,since whis stated beerus used 70% of his power.

Yeah he did, well literally he says ''Vegeta youre already a prodigy when it comes to fighting, but it seems Mr Goku here is always a step above you'' hence a lot of people including myself thinks that Goku's a step above Vegeta all in all.

vegeta need more training in how to fight, not raise energy and I also believe that there is a warning to vegeta trains too aggressively, not rest and that's not good. Goku trains more relaxed and not so obsessive.

So they had to of known Freeza powered up, because Piccolo had already fought Freeza in his second form and isn't a slacker like Gohan. So said first form should have at least been nothing to Piccolo (ignoring the whole potential strength loss of Gohan, because I don't even want to discuss that).

Piccolo in cell saga is stronger than a basic SSJ but he and Gohan try to battle a Freezer like a SSJ2
