Pan, #18, Mr. Boo, Oob for the future. F. Trunks too if possible, but I feel like we ended his story on a good note, so it'd be nothing more than fanservice.

Tien. I always thought it was awesome how he continued his training even long after his rival Goku surpassed him. Krilllin slacked off, and Yamcha gave up on fighting altogether, but Tien stayed true to himself and continued like a true martial artist. I really like one of his interactions with Roshi in Budokai 3 during the Cell saga where he says "Just because Goku's stronger than I am it doesn't mean I've given up on surpassing him" or something along those lines. From what I've seen of the trailers in the new movie it looks like he takes part in the action again.

And I wouldn't mind seeing more of Yajirobe too. I liked him as the comic relief character before Mr Satan replaced him. And he was kind of a badass at times too.

I wonder if Daisuke Gouri's passing has affected the likelihood of his appearing again -- although that hasn't stopped any of the more prominent characters he voiced from showing up. More than likely it's simply one additional, small member of the cast to have to shoehorn in.

But Turtle, man.

I'm pretty much going to copy what everyone else has been saying and say Oob, Mr. Satan, Boo, Goten and Trunks, Yamcha, Chaozu, and heck why not 17 and 18 along with some fun new family interactions. I will say that based on the context of what's going on the characters I'd like to see more of would vary a bit though.
