I liked the fight between Piccolo and the other dead Z fighters on Kai's planet in the Freeza arc. I'd always wished they had actually finished and let Piccolo thrash them without his weighted clothes.

Well, if anything he proves himself to be of equal power to base-form Future Trunks (post-cell) in that movie, right? Then Future Trunks went SSJ, darted towards Tenshinhan, took a k blast head-on, and then knocked Tenshinhan into the water ending the fight.
When I first saw that when I was younger, I felt that was cheap of Trunks.

Only one is ssj3 goku vs buutenks ^^.Toei always loved to amp goku up.While i disliked goku constantly being the most powerful in the movies, this little filler fight i really enjoyed.

Yamcha and the others just WRECKING the Ginyu Force on King Kai's planet. I wish that wasn't filler because then you'd have Yamcha be able to brag about whooping Reccome who thoroughly whooped Vegeta. Just the sweetest revenge ya know!
Going on hiatus. Too much stuff in RL to deal with for me to keep up with posts here for now. Was fun, hope you all have a nice day and future! Volt signing off.

Super Saiyan 2 Goku vs. Pure Boo.

One of, if not the, best animated fights in Z; just a joy to watch.

I also enjoyed Krillin and Yamcha versus Kid Buu in the Afterlife.

I liked the anime version of Gohan's fight with Buutenks.

He's probably referring to the Bardock special. Zarbon was the one who first recommended destroying Planet Vegeta because the saiyans were rapidly growing in strength.
It was actually Beerus disguised as Zarbon #StayWoke
Herms wrote:The fact that the ridiculous power inflation is presented so earnestly makes me just roll my eyes and snicker. Like with Freeza, where he starts off over 10 times stronger than all his henchmen except Ginyu (because...well, just because), then we find out he can transform and get even more powerful, and then he reveals he can transform two more times, before finally coming out with the fact that he hasn't even been using anywhere near 50% of his power. Oh, and he can survive in the vacuum of space. All this stuff is just presented as the way Freeza is, without even an attempt at rationalizing it, yet the tone dictates we're supposed to take all this silly grasping at straws as thrilling danger. So I guess I don't really take the power inflation in the Boo arc seriously, but I don't take the power inflation in earlier arcs seriously either, so there's no net loss of seriousness. I think a silly story presented as serious is harder to accept than a silly story presented as silly.

The whole Otherworld arc after the Cell Saga, wasn't too bad, and we did get that Pikkon vs Goku fight.

I know this doesn't count as a fight, but I have a soft spot for Vegeta throwing a blast at Freeza on Namek, before he was teleported away.

I guess that would be more of a favorite filler "moment", though.
