Which other threats? He warned her of Freeza because probably most planets in the galaxy learned about his resurrection. He's the galactic overlord. His resurrection is a big deal. News of it probably spread around the galaxy during the infamous 4 month period. But which other threats? Raditz, Vegeta and Nappa? They were on a secret mission, Freeza himself didn't know about it, let alone Jaco. The Androids and Cell? These originated on Earth. Buu? Kaioshin took care of that.
Well, he didn't warn Bulma of Freeza approaching Earth in his Mecha form, so why would he now choose to warn her in RoF ? Namek was also never warned about the threat of Frieza by the Galactic Patrol. Nothing was ever done about Trunks time travelling either, and that is supposed to be forbidden. There is a possibility that they knew nothing of Trunks time travelling though. But if it was forbidden, they would surely be looking to see if people are actually time travelling.
And even if Raditz was on a secret mission, i don't see why that would matter. Goku was secretly sent to Earth and the Galactic Patrol still knew about that.

Additionally, we know the Galactic Patrol aren't really a match for even the Saiyans, so it's not like they'd stick their neck out for much more. Considering they were ready to wipe out all life on Earth themselves, it's not like they'd really care all that much about these other villains coming to do so.
They are no match for Frieza either but Jaco still warned Earth about him.

0%. They found out that the guys that edited Buu Kai arc had broken monitors all along and already bought new ones.
I know that's meant to be a joke, why do I have this niggling feeling in the back of the head that may be true?

What are you trying to show here? That Chopper aged? If so, that's just one of his transformations, his base form looks the same as it always did.
Yeah, this is not simply his transformation, this is his real form. The way he was born, the chibi form which he constantly uses is not his real form, it is the same as Lucci's half leopard/half human form.

I just started watching the Buu episodes of Kai recently and I noticed the green too, but I thought it was a problem with the video capture and not the source. Hopefully this doesn't carry over to Super.

the reindeer form is his base form. He is a reindeer who ate a magic fruit that let him become human
Yeah, this. Just like Lucci is a human, so his half-human/half-leopard form is not his real or main one.

None of his forms look like they've aged to me ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Because the chances are high. As far I know green tint doesn't improve quality.
There's no logic reason to do that.
Other than maybe Toei was just super cheap and lazy with the reproduction of an anime. Which is something they are almost legendary for.

We're getting way off topic here, my original point was simply that there are other series in which the characters never age, maybe a better example would be DC or Marvel comics, and so it wouldn't be unusual if they had Dragon Ball Super go on forever with the cast never aging.
Not exactly a great comparison, but here Chopper is much shorter than Robin -
Spoiler:
And here he is almost as tall as Usopp
I am too lazy to find the proper scans. But he was shorter before the time-skip, now he is a giant, even Usopp noticed it and pointed out right on the scan I posted.
And yeah, I agree that we are off-topic, I got your point, I just wanted to point out that Chopper grew up during the time-skip.

There can be tons of different reasons why he didn't warn Bulma of Mecha Freeza that one time. Maybe he was afraid of there being both Freeza AND King Cold? Maybe he knew Goku was on his way and thought he didn't need to bother? Maybe he was too afraid this time, but for Resurrection of 'F' he wasn't that afraid anymore because he knew they already defeated Freeza twice? Maybe he was busy elsewhere? Maybe he was just asleep?
My personal theory is Mecha Freeza didn't tell anyone he got his ass handed to him by Goku and he went to Earth right after his recovery, so neither Jaco nor other people in the galaxy got to know about his trip to Earth, whereas in Resurrection of 'F' Freeza made sure everyone knew he was back and everyone had 4 months to know about it.
As for Namek, why would the Patrol warn them when they're afraid of Freeza? The only reason Jaco warns Bulma is because Bulma is a personal friend. Pretty sure he doesn't care about those green alien strangers.

Ok, fair enough, i'll give you that one.
The Galactic Patrol are pretty weak really, for space police they can't really do much to maintain control. I think it would be pretty cool if Akira Toriyama had a few of the fighters on Earth become part of the Galactic Patrol team.
