1. They're always comparable to each other in the same form. Vegeta wins.
2. I'm not really sure Gogeta would be able to use SS3 at this point in the series (assuming it's Shadow Dragons saga), if he can, he loses.
3. Gohan wins without much trouble, unless Goku uses IT KHH.
4. They are equals imo.

That was filler. However, one can argue South Kaioshin > SSJ3 Goku due to Pure Boo wanting to absorb him and not Goku. Although that can be countered by the fact that Pure Boo is more erratic.

Well SSJ4 Gogeta is "perhaps" "many tens of times" stronger than a regular SSJ4. So SSJ3 Gogeta could take this.
Gohan. Bloodlust or not Gohans too much IMO.
