I hate to ask, but I had no luck trying to figure it out... What episode is this screenshot from?

Well, i'm not sure what the episode number is , but i'm sure that screenshot is from the episode where Dodoria reveals the truth about planet Vegetas destruction to Vegeta.

Yep, that's the one. It's #49 (37 in the dub).

It's in episode 49 of the Japanese DBZ episode number, it happened when Vegeta conforted Dodoria and made him tell Vegeta about what exactually happened to the Saiyajins planet.

Here's a screen shot below of what that frame actually captured...

I hope you mean because of the quality, 'cuz those Saiyans themselves sure aren't adding to the sexy factor....

Well, I did write the entire "appearances" article by myself (though it's been touched up by others since then), and the prospect of missing one, even as minor as this, seemed to annoy me a bit.
