I find this game pretty interesting. I first played it on PC 12 years ago, i was amazed then since it was the first RPG DB game i'had ever played until then. I especially liked the level-up system.
Story mode is average it could be a lot better.
On the graphics i believe that is below the average level of the games of 1992.

Generally a fun game but not without it's share of flaws"
+I like the card battle system
+You can alter the story somewhat by altering when Goku arrives at the Saiyan fight, allowing you to keep Everyone but Piccolo alive
+Great music
-Too many random encounters, especially on Namek
-Some stupid story elements made up like the fake Raditz
-Graphics that were extremely subpar for the SNES
I like how Xenoverse had some of the wacky color schemes of the LOTSS characters as alternate costumes
