No DBZ game for 2016?

So apparently in the DB games Facebook page , Rhymestyle says we are not getting any announcements this summer. I don't know if this is true or not but he does speak to BN quite often so I don't know. Any thoughts?

I really wouldn't take what Rhymestyle says as fact or even with a grain of salt. He's not exactly the most reliable of sources.

Xenoverse is still pretty new, so maybe we can see a sequel by early 2017. If there's nothing at E3 then maybe they can show off something at the Tokyo Game Show.

We just had a successful theatrical film & a successful video game, and we will soon get a new anime series. There is no way that we won't get a new game in 2016 when we had yearly games for over a decade.

That sounds almost impossible...considering 2016 is still so far away from us still. YouTube is becoming more like TV and unreliable news these days and Dragon Ball Youtubers are some of the worst unless they are Kanzenshuu member's channels just like Lord Beerus said.
I would guess that they would start on another Dragon Ball game right after they release all the DLC for Xenoverse considering Dragon Ball Super is going to be on TV soon and Xenoverse is selling so well and this is probably the best chance for us to get a Dragon Ball game!
Unless you are saying no game won't be on consoles and instead a portable handheld which can seem possible.

It's like people forget that Battle of Z was announced in June (after E3 at that) and came out in January. We'll probably get an announcement for a game at E3 that will release in early 2016 to fill the gap before Xenoverse 2 in early 2017, hopefully it's a Zenkai port.

Okay, looking into it they teased that a new game was coming in April but the game wasn't shown or announced until June 19th, that scan in that thread was added on June 19th.

Hopefully we get a 2016 DBZ game, and hopefully it is a 2.5D one.
With Super hype, it would be REAAALLY stupid to skip 2016.
But please, have Dimps handle that. Giving it to anyone but Dimps would result in failure.
And I think it wouldn't be that hard to take Burst Limit, improve its graphics and gameplay a little and add many new characters and story mode battles up to FnF.

There are only a few good DBZ Youtubers I know that don't do that shit. That's pretty sad.

Mind naming some examples? It's easy to call out people, but I'm curious to know what exactly was false that he spread because I've been digging around and couldn't find anything.
