Not saying it's not real, but I don't see that anywhere the Facebook page or the offical site. Not even shounengamez gives a proper source (I hate when sites do that), they just give thanks to some member for the info.

Ah, I see. Thanks for that!TheDevilsCorpse wrote:There are no announced Time Patrol Quests in DLC Pack 3. The only "story" is whatever basic crap they designate as the "plot" for the Parallel Quests.
He does make a lot of good points. Xenoverse is still one of the best Dragon Ball games I've ever played, but the flaws are quite glaring. But that's where the sequel comes in...DarkPrince_92 wrote:XenoverseSucks

Yeah, compare the first DIMPS 3D game, to Spike's first and you see we could have had it much, much worst.BlazingBarrrager wrote:You do need to give Dimps some credit though. I mean isn't this the first time they've made a game like this?
Agreed. This is where trial and error comes into play. Dimps would learn from fans on what works and what doesn't and try to rework it in the sequel.Vegitofaxx wrote:Yeah, compare the first DIMPS 3D game, to Spike's first and you see we could have had it much, much worst.BlazingBarrrager wrote:You do need to give Dimps some credit though. Gameplay wise they did Saint Seiya Brave Soldiers back in 2013 so it's not their first 3D fighting game. Also both SS and Xenoverse Network Test didn't fuck up the hit detection when going online so there's that.BlazingBarrrager wrote:You do need to give Dimps some credit though. Thinking about Budokai 1 to 3 changes, and then imagining that for Xenoverse....That is a happy thought. Hopefully we don't have a time breaker board game or something like that in XV2.BlazingBarrrager wrote:Agreed. This is where trial and error comes into play. Oh man, the boardgame bullshit in Budokai 2 was so bad, it was good.Vegitofaxx wrote:Thinking about Budokai 1 to 3 changes, and then imagining that for Xenoverse....That is a happy thought. Hopefully we don't have a time breaker board game or something like that in XV2.
Kind of. It has it's up's and downs. However, being a guy who has beaten the game 100%, there's nothing else to do but play online which can be fun sometimes.... Other times not so much...MarCas92 wrote:Now that it's been out for a while, anyone else besides me think this game was a huge letdown?
He really DOES make a lot of good points. I'm surprised he didn't even mention the RNGs, which is one of the main reasons why I'm taking a break from the game right now(other reasons is online). Not gong back until the last DLC comes.DarkPrince_92 wrote:Anyone see this? Food for thought. He made good points. I still love the game, but he not wrong... at all.
XenoverseSucks
Well I for one hope that, at least as a game mode. I don't want it as the main story mode. Budokai 2's boardgame story was fun to me, cuz of some what-ifs/alternatives, RPG-feel, and the cat-and-mouse(i.e. First level with the Saiyans getting the Dragon Ball)Vegitofaxx wrote: Hopefully we don't have a time breaker board game or something like that in XV2.
Akira Toriyama wrote:If anyone. ANYONE AT TOEI! Only I do those things, because people love me, and they despise you....derp!

It's a letdown in certain areas, yes. Such as RNG, costume stats, AI and online mode. But overall, I enjoyed immensely and I can't wait for a much more refined sequel.MarCas92 wrote:Now that it's been out for a while, anyone else besides me think this game was a huge letdown?
